This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel just away from the scenic views of Lake Bled. It's well worth your stay. They provide a lovely breakfast too. On the night that we stayed, there was quite a dramatic thunderstorm that light up the surrounding hills and kept us awake for a while but certainly no fault of the hotel :-) We enjoyed the thunderstorm on our balcony which every room seemed to have.

Situated in a breathtakingly gorgeous location just 5 minutes drive from Bled, this Hotel Garni exceeds all expectations!! It is family-run, affordable, clean, nicely maintained with air conditioned and spacious rooms, and has a beautiful exterior. It is in a safe, quiet, pastoral village with views of the mountains and hillside from the balcony and breakfast area. The items on offer at breakfast are rich, fresh and plentiful, with some hot crepes and eggs cooked to order. All of the staff at the hotel are kind and professional, and our family has had great experiences here on two different weekend leisure trips to Bled this year. I whole-heartedly recommend Penzion Lukanc if you are planning a trip to this area!!

What we liked: The lady that checked us in (I think her name is Tina) was excellent at everything she did. Not only was she working reception, she also worked in the bar in the evenings and also in the breakfast room ! It's a beautiful and both our rooms had balconies. The air conditioning was effective. The view of the mountains and surrounding areas from the balcony and hotel as a whole is amazing. Free carpark and we always got a space. Excellent standard of daily housekeeping. Other things to note: It would have been very beneficial to have a restaurant on site, as there are no local shops or restaurants in the immediate local area. You have to drive or walk down to Lake Bled. There is no lift in this hotel, and we did struggle with our bags on checkin and checkout.

A lovely well-run hotel in a beautiful location some 20 minutes on foot from the lake in Bled. The situation in the rolling hills is wonderful, and we enjoyed the opportunities for walking nearby. The breakfast was particularly generous. All in all, a lovely place to stay. My only slight reservation related to the price, but it seemed in line with equivalent establishments nearby. It appears that Slovenia in summer is simply not cheap.

Beautiful hotel in nature walking distance from Lake Bled. It was far enough away to be quiet and in nature but close enough for a walk to restaurants and the lake. There was not always someone at the desk in the evening but the staff at check in gave us a great restaurant suggestion. The room was large, clean with a view of the mountains. The breakfast was excellent.

Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Hotel verbracht. 5 Sterne reichen eigentlich nicht. Der gesamte Service absolut Spitze. Super freundliches und nettes Personal. Das Frühstück gehört zum Besten was wir auf unseren Reisen bisher hatten. Die Zimmer sehr sauber, topp eingerichtet, Jeden tag wurden die Betten gemacht, Kaffee auf dem Zimmer aufgefüllt, alle zwei bis drei tage wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht machen das Hotel zu einem absoluten Highlight. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen.

Struttura con del potenziale, ma attualmente ancora indietro negli arredi e nella colazione. La parte salata è buona, quella dolce lascia a desiderare. Il bagno piuttosto piccolo e datato, come il resto della stanza. L'unica cosa nuova che ho visto sono le finestre. Lato positivo, la pace e tranquillità della zona a solo 5 minuti di auto dal lago

Soggiorno tranquillo lontano dal più caotico centro, che è comunque raggiungibile a 5 minuti di auto (si può raggiungere anche a piedi ma non lo consiglio). Le stanze sono semplici ma ordinate, la nostra aveva il balcone con una bella vista. Discreta la colazione, non tantissima scelta ma sufficiente per sfamarsi fino al pranzo. I prezzi sono più contenuti rispetto a quelli esagerati del centro di Bled.

La location è suggestiva, in mezzo al bosco e lontana dalla parte più turistica e caotica del lago. Il personale è gentile e discreto. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Colazione nella media. Ci siamo trovati bene.
