Holiday Inn & Suites Bloomington-Airport

We were worried it was across from the airport but it didn’t affect anything at all!! Staff was friendly- disappointed no free breakfast- and I had 4 kids but couldn’t schedule a room that way which made no sense! I had to put 6 adults. Overall it was clean, comfortable and everyone was nice and helpful

Hotel was a good location for a family event (wedding) in the area. Right across from the airport, so a great location if you’re traveling out of the Central Illinois Regional Airport. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Shower was stocked with shampoo and body wash, which was nice. The only things that concerned me was the lack of carpet in the rooms. Only carpet was under the bed, so it was noisy when people above walked around their room. And I have to address the breakfast. It was not included and cost an additional $15 per person. The breakfast was a non issue for us as we were attending a family brunch, but I can see this being an issue for other guests, especially those with small children. However, coffee was provided for all guests which a great thing.

Stayed overnight for graduation. Check in/Check out was very smooth, we requested room on the upper floor and they accommodated our request but since we had to wait a bit for it to get ready, receptionist offered us breakfast vouchers which was very nice. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. We didn’t use gym or pool.

I stayed at this hotel in April 2024 for work. I had stayed here back in August 2023 and had an interesting experience so I was leery of what would happen this time. I was here for one night. Here are the highlights: The staff was great! Check in was easy and the staff at check in and check out was professional, friendly and helpful. The room was clean. My only comment was I stayed in a queen suite and the area with the couch was compact but I have no other comments. This time my stay was quiet. I learned from last time, stay on the upper floors. It was definitely a good experience this time.

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. terrible service the kids were stomping all around in the room above us and the staff did nothing. Terrible sucky wifi don’t stay here every that works here deserves nothing in like there terrible 0 stars

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Bloomington. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The halls smelled nice - almost spa like. The staff were very accommodating as we wanted some extra towels. The morning staff were friendly at check-out. I would recommend this hotel. As a perk - it is across from the airport and walking distance to a couple of restaurants.

We were very overwhelmed with the exceptional service offered at bloomington suites. The staff were very friendly, They are multilingual and we had to learn some common language from a staff. The clean rooms, neat pool an well organized environment. Highly recommend.

We were travelling with my parents and had requested rooms near each other as my mother has mobility issues. Our rooms were originally on the same floor but at opposite ends of the hotel. Fine...we can deal with that. We get to our first room and the room smelt so bad of ********* it literally took your breath away. My 6 year old with Asthma started coughing horribly right away. After speaking with the front desk they were able to move us to another room. This time 2 floors away from my mothers room. Again, fine. It will work for one night. This room smelled horrific as well. This time though it was a horrible perfume or aor freshner smell. We were able to air it out by opening the window a bit, but the smell still lingered. Also, in this room the molding/trim was coming off the wall in the main area and the bathroom had pieces of trim and flooring missing behind the door. There was also a large ball of hair in the corner of the bathroom. We attempted to use the pool, but the water was so cold that my son's lips started turning blue and he was shivering within minutes. The water also felt scummy and it was very cloudy. Its pretty bad when my son (while wearing goggles) couldnt see my legs just feet from him when going underwater. Thank goodness this was just a 1 night stay. From the outside and from the common areas the hotel appears nice, but definitely has much room for improvement.

My staying at Bloomington hoteel was very welcoming, they have all the ammenities to give a good customer service ..... I was welcomed and given an happy face by the staffs and all other workers........clean room, very spacious, and uninterrupted electricity
