Close by Airport and Outback Steak House for convenience meal

We traveled to visit our son and his family for Christmas. The hotel was located just two miles from our son’s home which meant more time with our grandchildren. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the rooms well appointed with everything we could need and the health and fitness room provided us with and opportunity to unwind after a six hour car drive. We will definitely book this hotel again!

Great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating. The rooms are clean and updated. You can cast shows to the TV from your phone. The bathroom is clean and spacious. They serve good warm breakfast everyday too. The location is very close to Mall of America and Ikea. Just a 5 minute drive and you won’t have to worry about driving in the busy Minneapolis. It’s also not too far away from the outlet mall. The shuttle service will take care of you. The shuttle driver John is very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely book again next time.

Fantastic Hotel, Offering a wonderful Sleep, and plenty of parking, with a wonderful breakfast each morning, My room had everything I needed, was cleaned every day, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone visiting MSP

接送服務很方便，可以直接預約。這家酒店可以提供牙膏牙刷，在前台要就可以了，房間還是挺大的，位置也很方便，提供的早餐還還不錯。但是，房間裏的暖氣真的很吵很吵很吵，對希望擁有一個安靜的睡眠環境的人來説，慎重考慮這家，本人真的一晚上都沒睡着，非常痛苦。

十分滿意，連住兩晚。環境不錯，房間乾淨整潔。服務態度很好，尤其是前台小美女有求必應耐心細緻服務十分温馨，必須好評！

酒店距離機場10分鐘，距離mall5分鐘。方便出行。就是buttle需要用固定的連結預約，無法電話預約，第一次從機場要接去酒店的話就不方便。而且我們三個人的美國手機，只有一個人能預約成功，也不知道為什麼。 酒店本身各方面都還可以，符合對美國這個價格住宿的期待。

機場shuttle bus還是很方便的 但前台服務一般，攜程網上已付款全款，現場又二次扣房款

到達快夜裡2點了，前台準備好房卡等着，我都沒好意思叫shuttle bus自己叫的 Uber，延遲退房到1點，早上沒醒來吃早餐，前台還去廚房拿了吃的給我們

續住一天； 設施：有游泳池很不錯； 衞生：還OK； 環境：可以，近商場； 服務：有待改善，美國人力成本還是太高了，五星級的服務衹能去五星級的酒店；

酒店有機場和MALL OF AMERICA接送服務，前台接待也很熱情，房間乾淨，早餐不錯，非常不錯的體驗。
