Step outside onto the very comfortably furnished covered deck and take in the peaceful forest sights and sounds, or show off your cooking skills on the gas grill. The lower level contains a second living area with 37" HDTV, DVD Player and VCR and a gas-log fireplace. There is also a second deck with a large hot tub, as well as a bedroom with queen bed and 24" HDTV, a bedroom with Queen bed and a 20" HDTV, and a full bathroom with jetted tub. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes to downtown Blowing Rock, 2 minutes to Appalachian Ski Resort, 10 minutes to Tweetsie, and 10 minutes to Boone, you're sure to enjoy your vacation at this beautiful mountain home! Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am. Early check-in and late checkout may be possible with prior arrangement with Host (property manager) and dependent upon the Property's rental schedule. - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
