Burg Hotel Oberlech

We have been travelling to many places in the Alps and to Lech and Over Lech specifically for years. The Burg Hotel, restaurant, terrace and wine cellar are simply the best in class. The hospitality of the Lucian family and the entire team (which is largely the same for years), is outstanding. Thank you for another unforgettable stay and looking forward to seeing you soon!

Dear family Lucien. We would like to thank you for the wonderful week we just had with the family. It looks like the hotel is getting better every year. The service was great, the food amazing and the wine list is insane. The burgundy collection is really very special. The terrace for lunch is far out the best in Oberlech. We definitely come back next year and maybe even this summer for a different experience Thanks!! Joep

Having just returned last night from our skiing holiday at the Burg hotel, I must write a long overdue review! Have been staying at the Burg for the last 14 years, some years even twice a year! And over time the standards of the hotel have not changed. By far the best place and according to our son, a picky teenager, the best place on Earth! Staff are family to us! Nothing is too much! Service with a smile and standards are amazing! Clean, comfortable, friendly, safe, best food, and the list goes on! Family Lucian have got this place working perfectly. We’ve even got into some bother cancelling our rooms then turning up….and Patricia made it all happen for us! Can’t put into words just how perfect Burg hotel is! Skiing or summer holiday this is the only place to stay! We really could live there! Absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Hotel Burg in Lech is a fantastic place to stay! The staff is incredibly welcoming, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. The ski-in, ski-out location is perfect, and the overall atmosphere is warm and inviting. Can’t wait to return!

Truely a one of a kind experience at Burg hotel! The family and the rest of the people working at the hotel are so welcoming and make you feel at home. The location is amazing and lunch at the terrace is an absolute must. If you are looking for a hotel in Oberlech, the Burg hotel is definitely the place to be!

Busy half term visit and the hotel and resort was overflowing with Families from across Europe but the Burg runs like clockwork. Breakfasts and dinners were great.. the odd dish that didn't hit the spot, but the staff were fabulous and also super happy to swap out dishes at dinner for the glorious classics on wiener schnitzel or apple strudel. The lobby and bar area is recently renovated in a funky 1970s vibe, the bar staff are like all the others, terrific. the sauna area and pool is super fancy and enormous. the location of the Burg is unbeatable, right next to the cable car in Oberlech with the boot room right next to the piste and the ski rental store on the boot room. The room was very nicely furnished and comfortable and whilst ours was at the back of the hotel and didn't look onto the pistes, it was also gloriously quiet. This was not our first visit and I sincerely hope won't be our last
