Quality Hotel and Conference Center

As Gold Members we expect a little more. We were never acknowledged as Choice members. We were not given an arrival gift or given the option of receiving points as guests. Upon arrival to our room, a cigarette smell filled the hallway. I reported it to the gentleman at the front desk. The hallway carpets in the hallway and the room had stains. We had a suite Room 110-112. Both bathrooms were not working properly. One the toilet wouldn’t empty right. The other had a malfunctioning tub stopper. The furniture is old. The outside of the hotel parking lot was dirty. The breakfast was just okay. I think they used powered eggs and cheap sausage. No hot oatmeal

It started shortly after check in. The room we were given had no heat (it was 4 degrees outside). So after complaining we were given another room where the heater worked good. Since we had traveled all day a hot shower was in order. Much to my dismay, there was no hot water. After complaining again, the manager said to let the water run for about 10 to 15 min and it would warm up. I tried it with no success. Shortly afterward, the manager notified me that he did something to the hot water system, and I should have hot water now. I did. However, the next morning there was no hot water again. I didn't complain because we just wanted to get on our way. One other thing to note that the internet site description stated that it this hotel had a restaurant and a bar. According to the manager, they were closed about 4 years ago. Also, the guest book in each room still indicated that there was a restaurant still available, which wasn't true. I won't even go into the plowing that was needed because of six inches of snow. I don't think I should be charged for this.

Whoever was in charge was awful shame on them! She would of let everyone burn up I do believe,half the people wasn’t even notified that their was fire in building she was like deer in headlights an there was some people knocking on doors to tell people there was fire I mean call 911 an then get your guest out safe! Don’t stand around a let something burn down I mean it could have been worse than it was but my word come the flip on! Everything was crappy there the floors hallway the rooms had some stuff a what it did it needed to be thrown away! I will never be back a smoke is very dangerous I do know some people got smoke in there lungs an they could care less!

WOW, this place needs LOTS of improvements from the dirty and smelly carpet to the sagging mattress. Also the smell in the room was very musty. I bought room freshener and used it daily. Ceiling tiles had many water marks, Found a roach on my bed one morning and two came out of my suitcase when I got home. I was there a week and housekeeping was pretty much non existent. I had to ask to have trash cans emptied and asked for clean towels. I also ask to have the bed changed and he brought the sheets to the room and asked if I wanted to change the sheets or did I want them to! That was a first!!! On the plus side, the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. They do have breakfast but the only hot items are waffles, toast and coffee. Otherwise, cold cereal, milk, yogert, juice and there were apples and oranges. I understand that they are "updating the property" but I would not stay there again.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was hair and food on the first bed, feces on the toilet in the first room we were assigned. Smelled like smoke and mold. The second room we were given had blood on the sheets. I would’ve preferred to sleep in my car but I had a child with me.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Upon entrance the hotel is dated and has a slight smell. Upon entering our room and inspecting we found the following: the chair was covered in stains, there were 2 urine stains on the comforter, and there was food debris in the bed. We asked for a new comforter and we were brought a sheet as that was all they 'had'. I then asked for a refund and was told "only a manger can provide a refund". The desk clerk called the manager and he stated he was not coming up there tonight. Since my husband was in the room taking picture the desk clerk accused us of making the mess. Yes in 10 minutes we urinated twice and dried them before reporting it. Horrible customer service and health hazards.

Absolutely horrible! Called day before arrival to book three rooms. Was told a great price and was told no need to book just show up cause they had 80 rooms available. Arrived after a 13 hr drive with 4 adults and 6 very tired children and was told a rediculous price not even close to quote. Night staff was higher than a kite and was not willing to deal with us at all. Entrances reared off Pot , rooms were discusting and filthy with bugs!! Full raccoon fight at main entrance when arrived! Wow I hope this review gets around!!

Pet friendly,GREAT NEW BEDS AND PILLOWS, we are grateful for this. Got a great night sleep. There is a limited selection of hotels available in this area. Just a note pet friendly rooms 2nd floor with no elevator. A welcome spot as we traveled.

we only stayed the one night but the best beds we came across on a 7 day trip to Florida from Canada. Staff and front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok . No restaurants in walking distance. Only con was very difficult to find, especially in the dark. For the price an excellent choice.
