It started shortly after check in. The room we were given had no heat (it was 4 degrees outside). So after complaining we were given another room where the heater worked good. Since we had traveled all day a hot shower was in order. Much to my dismay, there was no hot water. After complaining again, the manager said to let the water run for about 10 to 15 min and it would warm up. I tried it with no success. Shortly afterward, the manager notified me that he did something to the hot water system, and I should have hot water now. I did. However, the next morning there was no hot water again. I didn't complain because we just wanted to get on our way. One other thing to note that the internet site description stated that it this hotel had a restaurant and a bar. According to the manager, they were closed about 4 years ago. Also, the guest book in each room still indicated that there was a restaurant still available, which wasn't true. I won't even go into the plowing that was needed because of six inches of snow. I don't think I should be charged for this.
