Ibis Styles Bobigny Centre Préfecture

A stressful situation at Charles De Gaulle Airport with a cancelled Easyjet flight at departure time turned into a positive experience thanks to the Ibis Styles hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made a late night arrival with two young children much smoother. The hotel itself is very neat and wonderful. While the breakfast buffet was a bit limited, it was still delicious and included in the stay. The location wasn't ideal, but for a short one-night stay, it was perfectly manageable. The front desk reception's employee kindly called for us a taxi and he went to outside the property to guide him to us. Overall, highly recommended for families in a similar situation.

I just come back from this hotel and can tell you that is nice hotel. The bad was comfortable. It was quite. Usually I can sleep if there is noise but here was ok. There is a parking and feel good in this hotel.

I’m not sure whether to list the positives or the negatives here. There seems to be absolutely zero security at this location other than the large gate at the entrance to the parking lot that was built for the zombie apocalypse. Anyone could walk into the hotel and gain near immediate access to the stairs, elevator, or ground floor rooms. It faces the highway so if you’re hoping for a quiet nights sleep, ask for a room facing the back. We also found one of the 1sr floor emergency exit doors propped open 2 different nights. The website said that staff at this location spoke English. The absolutely did not. If you are using this hotel as a base to sightsee out of, there are much closer options. As a point of reference, it’s a 10 minute walk to the Metro station and then another 45 minutes on 2 trains to get to the Arc de Triomphe.

If I could, I would give a negative star. I had a RESERVATION with Ibis Style Bobigny Centre Préfecture from September 10th to September 14th, 2022. When me and my wife got the hotel on a Saturday, late night travelling from Brussels, to our surprise the receptionist said the hotel had an overbooking and they couldn’t accommodate us. To make it worst the reception didn’t offer any help to contact any other place to check if they would have any rooms available. In summary, we were left at the Hotel reception by ourselves without any help from the IBIS crew. Just like we were responsible for the mess, which was not the case. Again, the mistake was not on our side and we felt extremely disrespected by Ibis Bobigny crew and also by Ibis Hotels/Accor once I message them so many times and they did nothing to solve this mistake and reimburse me. I am still waiting for my money back! If you value your money, the hair in your head and your vacation, never stay at this hotel.

Chambre catastrophique, de la tôle ondulée sur les murs, j’ai quand même dormi avec des punaises de lit, ce qui m’a permis de me sentir moins seul, le petit déjeuner totalement insignifiant, des viennoiseries cuites certainement à 6h du matin. Donc à 9h molle froide. Trois tranches de jambon et un morceau de fromage dans une assiette qui se balade, seul point positif, le café est correct. Le prix est disproportionné par rapport à la prestation

J'ai choisi cet hôtel car il annonce la climatisation, hors à mon arrivée pas de climatisation chaleur épouvantable dans les chambres de plus nous ne pouvons pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte à cause de la Nationale très fréquentée et très bruyante . Le point fort de mon séjour a été le cote très aimable des 2 personnes que j'ai rencontré à l'accueil. Bravo à eux pour leurs accueil et leur compréhensions des plaintes des clients.
