BE AWARE.. BE AWARE… BE AWARE !!!!! The hotel itself was sold. This is an “Air B&B inside an absolutely abandoned and under construction hotel. There are homeless people living in it. Falling ceilings. Hoodlums outside waiting to rob you. There is literally no staff. No valet. No oaeking. No check in, no pool to use safely. No beach bar, no restaurant. The woman who greeted us rolled out of bed in pjs. There is a 70 year old man that has to let you in and only out if you knock. Yes you are literally locked in the building otherwise. The host does not speak on the phone and will lie to you up and down to get you to stay there. If you are lucky to get a partial refund, you will lose half your money and pay to find another stay. It’s literally a scam. I will be posting TikTok’s about this stay. Type in the stay & you’ll find it

This place was just sold. Don’t know who it was sold to or what is going on but it will be closed for at least one year. The location is amazing but the property is old. The neighborhood has a ton of potential. There is also a new development going on across the street that should also be don’t in the next year that is new condos.

This place was extremely updated since the last time I was there. Rooms were clean and perfect and the people there are completely amazing from the lobby to the restaurant everyone was so attentive, Sara in check out treated us like family. We will def be back, this hotel has a perfect location close to the airport and the staff are awesome

Hands down the worst resort I have ever been to !!! DO NOT VISIT !!!! Terrible food , terrible service , harassment , worn down , dirty rooms , rats everywhere, dirty beds , dirty showers ! You name it !!! Tare the place down DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY

This place is hell! Old, dirty and my room had no power all night! Complaining did not help! No light no air con. Stay away from this place this is the worste place I stayed in decades! Unfortunately I had to stay close to the airport for one night and all was full but this place, now I know why! 😡😡😡😡

Decidimos escoger este hotel para una noche ya que estábamos cenando cerca y era el más moderno que se veía en las app de viajes, al llegar nos indicaron que la habitación frente al mar que pagamos no estaba disponible, nos llevaron a habitación vieja, pisos sucios y descuidada en general. Facilidades necesitan mantenimiento en general. Parece hotel bien viejo sin upgrade alguno. Bartender, recepción y seguridad muy amables. Y cuidado con los restaurantes cercanos que son unos timadores, pregunté precio de todo antes de ordenar.

L’hotel è un cantiere! Non c’è più personale ed è tutto chiuso! Camere sporche che cadono a pezzi, pulite malamente, idromassaggio inutilizzabile! Cibo scadente! Personale scortese!! Prezzi esorbitanti!!! Consiglierei quest’hotel solo al mio peggior nemico!!!!

En El Buffet los empleados te miran el Plato para ver que tienes y si te paras denuevo empiezan a hablar entre ellos haciendote sentir extraño, si les preguntas algo te hablan mal o sin mimgun tipo de educacion a menos que seas de color Blanco... fui con mi Prometido el es Moreno y yo Blanca y te miran como si estas haciendo algo mal , ademas de que no tienen educacion los empledos necesitan cursos de Servicio al Cliente

Premier jour arrivé valise fracturée dans la chambre volé mon portefeuille avec documents, argent, CB + montre. Fouillage de la chambre par les agents de sécurité. Pour déposer une plainte compliqué après fouillage et visionnage des caméras par la police criminel. Vacance HORRIBLE. Pas de sécurité, restauration sans plus toujours même plats. Pas digne d'un 4*. UN CAUCHEMAR sans aucun dédommagement. Retour en France aucun retour de la part de l'opérateur last minute.
