I had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and afforded much privacy with the door to one bedroom. Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, tons of natural light, overhead ceiling fans and quiet AC worked very well Very pleasant front reception staff - Sasha and other woman on evening shift were very kind and professional even when dealing with snarky guests. good breakfast that's included with reasonable variety. Filtered water available on every floor to refill water bottles, in room coffee maker and refrigerator. Laundry service was not great; I still had sand in my clothes and they were folded but didn't appear or smell fresh. A room on the 3rd or fourth floor would provide a better view (I had a slice of ocean but mostly metal roofs), but for 2 nights, I was very happy with this hotel choice.

Best place to stay on Bocas for couples or family groups. Safe, very comfortable beds, BREAKFAST INCLUDED at best restaurant on island- friendly and responsive staff- highly recommend. Coffee and fridge in our room- perfect two bedroom setup. We stayed with 3 family groups young kids and adults and we would definitely go back. We got tips from locals it is the spot. Friendly water taxi access directly across the street - shops for food and pharmacy within 500 ft and great pizza directly next door. Best part is deli next door too with great sandwiches and best wine option on island. Wonderful trip?

This hotel is conveniently located on the main strip of the island. It is close to a lot of grocery stores, tours, restaurants, and water taxis that can take you anywhere you want. The rooms were outstanding. I had a one bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the water. The water in the room was nice, having the option of hot or cold shower. The air conditioning was awesome, it had two units; one in the private room, the other one in the main area. They have a laundry service that was convenient, since you are busy doing so many tours, swimming, diving, etc., it is nice that they have this available; same day service or next day service, depending on when you turn in your laundry. They had a nice breakfast available at a restaurant down the street called, Buena Vista. Great food and excellent service. I went with a group of friends, there was 13 of us and we had a blast. The only problem was that the elevator did not work for 3 days. Despite the inconvenience, I will be returning to this hotel.

I think the main appeal of this hotel is the location. It’s very close to the town center without being in the middle of the noisier areas. It’s easy to walk anywhere in town. The room we got was beautiful, spacious, and totally equipped. It had a lovely view of the ocean and a hammock to chill outside. The air conditioning worked like a charm, there were water dispensers all over the property, and the internet connection was very good. The elevator is tiny, but it does the job. Breakfast is included, in a nearby restaurant. The options there were very good, and it’s a lovely spot to eat with a little dock. Overall this is a great choice in Bocas. Worth the price.

My husband and I stayed two nights. The ladies at the reception are super sweet, spoke English very fluently. We were very pleased with our room (403). We enjoyed the sun rise and set over the stunning ocean view from our balcony. We did have a problem getting the balcony door open but staff showed up very quickly to get it opened for us. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was given the street activity and neighborhood rooster. I’m a light sleeper and never heard a sound. All around lovely place and staff.

The views from the rooms are so beautiful, it looks like paintings. The staff really desire to take care of your every need. At the end of the main drag, so close to all the action, yet far away enough to be out of the noise. Highly recommend

The number one place to stay. The staff is kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable after a long day of travel. When you book your trip you can also include breakfast at Beuno Vista which is just down the road. Turn left out of the hotel and the restaurant will be on the right.

This is a lovely hotel, well situated near all the amenities but with the benefit of noise at night: The rooms are well appointed and immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. The staff really make it though, they are all really friendly and helpful and speak English. They offer an excellent breakfast selection at their restaurant, Buena Vista. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our friends at alternative accommodation regret not booking the Palma Royale!

We decided to pay the premium and book Palma Royals specifically for the ocean view advertised. Unfortunately the room provided was falsely advertised and the view from the bedroom does not even face the ocean. The living room has a view of about 80% tin roof and maybe 5% of the ocean if you peek through a couple buildings. We inquired about this to the staff members but it seems the room “advertised” was unavailable. I feel unjust paying the premium when there are much cheaper alternatives without an ocean view.
