In the district of Wahmbeck 8.7 km from the centre of Bodenfelde, in a quiet, elevated position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 250 m from the river, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 3'660 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing 1'000 m2. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 10 km, grocery 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bakery 10 km, bus stop 8.7 km, railway station "Bodenfelde" 8.7 km, ferry "Weserfähre (Sommer/Herbst)" 3.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Bad Karlshafen 6.5 km, Höxter, Kloster Corvey, Solling Neuhaus 25 km. Please note: car recommended. Weser 200 m. Both the house, the location, the facilities and the owner are very good! The house is nicely furnished, there is also a washing machine and dryer. Quiet location on the edge of the forest, far from the hustle and bustle.

The idyllic holiday home offers a lot of rest and comfort. It is surrounded by forests and meadows. The nearby Weser also offers natural recreation. We were car-free on the road, which is also quite possible. There is no public transport connection to the
