Booked this hotel last minute for husbands birthday. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. The staff were AMAZING! They have food and drink available 24/7 and also have the best entertainment for children and so many play areas. They have grill area where they do steak and grilled chicken and lots of other food everyday. This was all inclusive. They have 4 big pool areas and also have little pools for kids. They also have a sauna and steam room and Hammam which is free. They also have access for disabled people. This hotel was amazing and I would defo come back. If you walk outside the hotel there are so many shopping areas literally a 2 mins walk! Dont listen to any bad reviews because honestly this hotel is the best! Also very very clean. This is the second time we have visited Belek Beach as a family, we last visited in June 2023 and decided to rebook this year due to the great memories made. The staff- particularly sezer were one of the reasons we decided to rebook, upon our return this year, he instantly remembered us and greeted our children, he is a credit to the resort and made us feel like family, he goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy and enjoying our holiday. Since visiting in 2023 there have been plenty of additions particularly to the night life- including inflatable games and bouncy castles, there is also now an on site park aimed towards older children as well as the usual smaller park for toddlers. Few tips- for lunch head to the burger bar near the beach or to the little hut near the pool the flatbreads are amazing! For dinner there is an outside bbq area serving fresh meat and salad every night which we opted for instead of the buffet. Subbed can be busy but there’s no issue reserving one first thing- after 10am you may struggle. There’s a few shops outside of the hotel a 5 min walk away, good selection of sliders. My main reason for leaving the review was to commend the staff, who are always on hand checking whether you need a drink, making sure your ever need is catered for, aside from Sezer we also would like to thank seckin who skates around the pool delivering drinks- so polite and friendly, Ali who is a barman on the pool bar- he makes the best cocktails by a mile, and every time we sat an empty drink down he had Seckin deliver a new one! I highly recommend the resort to anyone, my children are 11 and 13 and loved the slides on site the most.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service from the team at reception. The hotel is very well equipped and very clean. Upgraded our room to a swim up room and worth every penny. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Entertainment is good 👍🏼 Beach is very close and clean

Excellent service facilities and wonderful service. The elite section is highly recommended so would definitely book the elite package if you like a little quiet in the evenings. All the resort is amazing and the food / drink is top class. !!

We visited Belek Beach Resort in May with our family and had an amazing experience. The rooms were beautifully renovated—modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The food was excellent from breakfast to lunch, dinner, and even the beachside buffets. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-presented. The hotel staff were exceptional—caring, helpful, and meticulous in their service. The entire resort was clean and well maintained. A special thanks goes to the amazing entertainment team girls for the fantastic workout sessions! They brought so much energy and motivation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, quality service, and a great atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!
