Min fru och jag är här för tillfället, bokstavligen såg vi UFO på toppen av hotellet och sa ja, det är platsen för oss 🤣🤣. Så pro's Nice hotel, vänlig personal, rena rum och andra som skämmer bort dig. Nackdelar. Så vi anlände på måndagen runt 01:30, så gick upp vid 9 för frukost eftersom vi hade ett möte med representanten vid 11:00, tyvärr var maten ganska kall som du läst i andra recensioner men ätbar. Vi hade en utflykt på tisdagsmorgonen så gick ner för frukost kl 07:00 och maten var trevlig och varm tyvärr var alla fodral på maten öppna så om du går ner senare är det varför maten är kall. Mat kan vara repetitivt vilket kan vara detsamma som alla all inclusive du går. Ok nu ner till bitarna som gör oss upprörda. Katter, katter, katter och mer katter. De vandrar genom hotellet som om de äger stället, sprejar doft över de flesta ytor och ikväll under serveringsdisken i restaurangen stod en katttass som försökte klämma fast min frus ben, ledsen att det serveras mat och det finns katter under dem. Jag vet inte många 5-stjärniga hotell som kommer med så många katter. Tis natt väcktes vi av katter som jamade så högt att man skulle kunna tro att de satt utanför ditt rum, inte en gång utan tre gånger. Vi har fortfarande kvar till söndag eftermiddag så om det är något mer så ska jag meddela dig. Förresten, vi är kattälskare själva men att lämna doften över allt är inte trevligt. Till chefen. Du har ett härligt hotell, bli av med katterna eller anlita en kattfångare och be din kökspersonal att stänga locken på maten tidigt på morgonen så att folk som kommer ner för frukost senare får varmare mat. Förlåt kommer jag hit igen, nej är svaret.

Min partner bokade en fem dagars tillflyktsort för oss. Hotellet var absolut vackert särskilt vid ingången. Ljuskronan var något jag aldrig sett i hela mitt liv. Hotellrummet var en bra storlek och rent. Ett par gånger var vi i rummet och städarna öppnade bara dörren utan att knacka. tut tut tut. Jag ville bara koppla av, simma, ångbastu etc. Bokstavligen inom en timme efter att vi anlände blev vi pressade att boka en hamammassage. Nästa dag fick vi reda på att det var bokstavligen halva priset tvärs över vägen. Vi bokade det med vår representant till slut och såg honom inte igen efter det. Hur som helst, jag kommer direkt till saken, som ett svart par blev vi stirrade på av andra människor där, personal och besökare. Det fanns bara ett annat svart par och de upplevde samma sak. Maten var hemsk och de flesta vi pratade sa också detsamma. De åt alla utanför hotellet. Jag kommer inte att gå tillbaka dit. Blev krånglat två gånger för att boka en vändmassage.

We were saddened by your decision to leave and end your holiday due to this reason. Just like anywhere else in the world, no one is coerced into making purchases during shopping. Similarly, no one here forces massages upon guests if they do not wish for it. Min vistelse på Sensitive Premium Spa and Resort från 3 mars till 10 mars var en blandad påse av upplevelser, allt från underbara bekvämligheter till frustrerande inkonsekvenser. Medan hotellet erbjöd några trevliga funktioner, såsom en härlig inomhuspool, bastu och ångbad, samt rena och rymliga rum, fanns det betydande brister som försämrade den totala upplevelsen. En av de mest nedslående aspekterna var den felaktiga informationen från Love Holidays-representanten. Vi blev vilseledda om att vissa faciliteter och aktiviteter var tillgängliga, såsom utomhuspoolen, solstolar och kvällsshower. UNDVIK skräp skräp 🚩🚩🚩 Slösa inte dina surt förvärvade pengar!!! Det finns några viktiga punkter för min recension av vår 5 nätters vistelse på detta hotell i februari 2024 under halvårsperioden i Storbritannien. Vi bokade genom love holidays, de städade bara rummet två gånger, de lämnade inte färska handdukar på vissa dagar fanns det inga handdukar eller toalettrullar!! maten var densamma varje dag, personalen ohjälpsam, tog aldrig upp våra bekymmer de. När vi checkade in visade de oss inte till våra rum och var tvungna att stoppa flera anställda för att visa oss till vårt rum. Ingen karta gavs. Semesterrepresentanten från Love holiday är en gam, bara lura dig.De nämner att det är ett 5-stjärnigt hotell och resorten är en under 3-stjärnig resort!!!!! Ett gäng tjuvar...

We just came back from this Hotel. we stayed 4 nights. I have no words to describe! Everything is fantastic. The food, The staffs, Location . Ambiance , I strongly recommend this Hotel.

We just back couple of days ago , we’ve been there 9 days .Things we liked: The hotel is large and impressive. It needs renovation in a few places, but nothing that would hinder our stay, at least in our room. We chose a side-view room, which was spacious with a balcony overlooking the sea and a large bathroom. A nice bonus was the mini bar, which was restocked daily. The cleaning lady changed towels and made the beds daily. The food was good; everyone found something to eat all day; you couldn't go hungry. There was plenty to eat. Be prepared for more, as the hotel is huge, which means lots of guests. There are three pools and a nearby beach, also with a bar and loungers, where you get everything you'd get at the hotel. There were some activities every day, though the same ones, so my tip: the Entertainment team could have put in more effort. There was also a kids' club and an evening disco, where the same songs were sung every night for nine days. I understand that people arrive and depart daily, but it's really a bit tiresome. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a shopping hotel, unfortunately, it's far from any shopping centers. However, the hotel does have a small shop selling various items, clothes, a hairdresser, a sauna and spa, and other accessories like glasses, watches, etc. The big downside is the lack of sunbeds for so many people. Some guests left their belongings there all day and overnight, even after reserving sunbeds, which shouldn't happen. Some people left their towels in the morning and went to the beach without even using them. This should be prohibited, but otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.transfer from airports approximately hour .

This place has the wow factor ticked all the boxes! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food services and variety was outstanding. They have a lot of kids activities throughout the day. Highly recommended for families with little kids.

Very nice hotel, during the day there are activities such as yoga and water gym and every evening there is a different game or show, The ladies from animation team are great, Big shout out for Selin, Sude and Asiye! we had a so nice time really enjoyed our time here in Belek and we hope to meet you all next time.

I want to elaborate or correct some of the reviews for this place, but I don't think there's any point really. The turkish people in general are OK, but there's this underlying arrogance. I wouldn't say rude, just a condescending attitude which is apparent throughout the region, even in Greece for instance. An arrogance the stems from the ottoman era. They seem to think the ottoman empire is still a thing and they rule a large part of the world. This gives them the right to be arrogant and even defensive if you point it out. So I don't think any changes will come from this review. First up, please please go all inclusive, they keep asking to look at your wristband, and will treat you like royalty if you are all inclusive, but should you not be all inclusive, they will treat you like dirt at the bars, even though you are willing to pay for whatever you require. For instance , order a cup of tea. They will say no you can't have it. Rather than be a bit more elaborate and explain that you aren't entitled to a free drink however it's €3 euros if you wish to purchase one. On the evening of our arrival We asked for coffee sachets for the room as housekeeping had only left creamer and sugar prior to our arrival. We were told, there's a shop across the road, where we can get some. When I asked why they couldn't give us any, they said housekeeping closes at 4pm " well next time, lead with that" said the voice in my head. Or offer an alternative like coffee is available at the bar, sir. So I don't know if it's cultural or a lack of training or just individual pigheadedness. I'll go with training... the hotel needs to encourage the customer facing staff to be a bit more courteous to its guests. No matter what level they are staying at. Offer alternatives or make suggestions, when someone has a requirement that doesn't fit their circumstances. Not just a flat NO. That being said. The hotel facilities are fabulous. I had a swim, but avoided the welness centre as they did come off as clingy . The shops beside the restaurant are brilliant. My wife loved the 3 knock off LV purses she got for €5. Yes 3 purses for €5. Also there's a great supermarket across the road. And a small shop beside the hotel you'll need these if you're half board etc. As the shop in the basement is a little overpriced for what you're buying. And won't have access to the mini bar in your room. The fridge in your room is kept empty. All inclusive get a complimentary mini bar. Everything else is free or inclusive. Except the games arcade, which everyone has to purchase tokens to play. Al in all we had a good time, we kept our interaction with the staff to a minimum. Except the ladies working during breakfast. They were phenomenal, especially Havin. All in all it wasn't great. But it was good. Ps the food is great, there's loads to choose from, so even if it is the same everyday as someone suggested in another review. You're not going to try every dish in one

Overall had a great week. Our room was excellent, very quiet and very clean; although some of our family group in other parts of the hotel, did complain of being kept awake at night by dogs barking. The food generally was quite good although the restaurant was quite chaotic at times and three of our group did go down with stomach bugs. We found some of the staff quite disinterested and unhelpful, particularly in the restaurant. The general problem being no one seemed to be supervising or organising them. The spa was excellent and I did get a haircut which was great The pool area was clean and well maintained but be prepared for loud music which seemed very much the same every day
