I'm so mad right now, I can't calm down, all due to the act of the most unprofessional, arrogant, disrespectful employee by the name of "Omar" in the front desk. We checked in yesterday with two service animals, we have five people and rented an apartment basically, and it was very smooth checking in with our dogs, they put us on the first floor by the exit per the hotel's policy. However, this morning, I took the two dogs out, and on my way back to my room, an employee on a wheelchair came at me full speed and was so arrogant, disrespectful and flat out rude. He was accusatory and his tone of voice sounded like he owned the place telling me "these dogs ARE NOT service animals", I said, excuse me? He said yeah they are not, he said service animal is one not two. In my head, he is an illiterate individual. We have two service dogs, one for my son, one for my mother, and both service them differently. So, yes, you can have two, then he asked, well what do they do? And I was so shocked by the way he was talking to me really, then he said "whatever dude", and rolled away. Whatever dude! Wow! This is the last time we will be staying there, and I'll make sure this incident, because of this one employee, is on the records. Also, they have illegals working in the breakfast area. This one lady doesn't speak a lick of English. We were asking about bagels, and she was speaking a different language back at us.
