The place is run down. Pools have algae, frogs, weeds are overgrown at the camping stands. The ablution blocks have leaking pipes. The overall condition of the place is not worth spending a single cent on.

Save your money and book elsewhere! Zero professionalism and customer service! After paying for the booking, no communication whatsoever, calls and emails went unanswered

Good customer service, clean environment the staff is friendly and always willing to go over and above of what is expected of them to do.

Pest control is a must. There's all sorys of spiders and ants. The staff are the best. Dipuo keep the good work up. Evans you're too kind.

We drove past the location on our way in - poor lighting. No wifi, no TV, 1 working aircon in a heatwave, no plugs to charge devices, no bath plugs, not hot water. Fn disgusting how you guys operate and worst of all no backbone to respond

We went to Thabaledi back in 2021, our experience wasnt that bad. We were able to do some site seeing on our own and go to the viewing deck. But the property wasnt in good shape and the facilities was not in good shape. Going back there on Friday was shocking one pays so much to stay there and now it is even worse. No personal in sight besides the one worker that comes to empty dustbins. The shop is always closed ,the pools are in bad condition and you have to pay to go on a so called game drive, the owner probably uses that money for pocket money because clearly they are not using any money to maintain the property and the facilities. We didnt even stay the entire length of the stay that we booked. Honestly wont recommend for anyone to book for a break away. False advertising.
