Good food good service

kamar dengan tipe ini membuat nyaman dilantai atas hanya saja kurang kedap suara dari luar masih terdengar

Nyaman untuk keluarga,kolam renang ada juga meskipun kurang sedikit bersih

Hotel sangat bagus dan bersih. Pelayanan juga ramah Lokasi dekat dengan kota. Air dingin dan air panas juga tersedia di kamar mandi hotel

Lokasi ok, kamar sebenarnya nyaman. Tapi, sayang sekali kamar Junior malah spray kloset bermasalah, dipake nyemprotnya super kecil. Mau request dan komplain udah telat juga malasss. Sebenarnya bagian maintenance atau housekeeping bisa check dulu, udah bayar mahal tapi layanan esensial malah bermasalag. Mengesalkan

Hotel baru di tengah kota. Akses ke layanan publik dan hiburan sangat dekat. Bagus buat perjalanan bisnis, ataupun keluarga

Nice hotel. Clean, good breakfast. Worth the money, polite staffs. Strategic location. First time here and will come.back soon..one thing I need to complain though is the light of the clothes cabinet. We cannot turn it off!!! And we love to sleep in the dark. We searched the whole night but cannot find thw button to switch it off.

We have a family marriage event in Ngasem village, outskirt of Bojonegoro municipal. I spent 2 nights of 3 when writing this review. The trip by Argo Bromo Anggrek Executive from Jakarta is superb. New train, great experience. Well spent 6.5 hours ride. The hotel is new. I saw Minister Sandiaga Uno signed the innauguration plaque at the entrance lobby. It must be a well known owner. Hotel is very nice, neat, well design. The room we're staying is nice and has a good view. Bathroom is neat, clean. However water drain in shower tube makes some water spills out - constructional error. I guess everything is so nice, great, good service, nice people. However, I personally got unpleasant experience as we leaving the hotel in the morning with the brides. We took some pictures with family and there are some professional photographers with us. I was caught by security in front of family for doing DSLC camera pictures taking without permit and has a potential charges because of taking these pictures. That caught really drop my feels about the hotel. Although we settled down the issue without any charges. And what sort of hotels forbid this non commercial social flare in social media that could bring positive interest to take the same experience at this hotel? Very good. But end up in akward feeling for the security staff.
