The downstairs has a large picnic table, charcoal BBQ, outdoor shower, fish cleaning station, and garage with a ping pong table, wagon, beach chairs, refrigerator, and TV for your use. There is a spigot for washing your feet at the base of the stairs. Plenty of parking and large yard for games.
