I Portici Hotel Bologna recensioner

This is my fourth time of staying here which is reasonable price and near the center and walkable to restaurant. I will be back again soon.

Out of control heating. Room was 29.7 degrees celsius. Had to open window and endless noise came in. New staff completely out of training. Was left waiting 8 minutes by front desk staff that was talking to maintenance over an alarm issue. Senior staff super friendly and comped our tab for our troubles.

The location is so convenient, walking distance to attractions. Room given is quite small and the sound proof is very bad.

We called reception for the coffee in our room to be replaced with tea bags waited for an hour no one came Went down to reception myself and asked what was happening as it would not take as long if I went to the restaurant I was rudely spoken to by a woman and told it will come to my room I tried to explain it’s been an hour she was not prepared to help and to my horror it never came I had also offered to pay too

Beautiful experience at i Portici Hotel. From the moment we checked in to checkout everything has been great : the staff greeted us in the most courteous and welcoming manner, made the stay a wonderful experience. The room wasn’t considerably spacious, but it was well laid out and functional. Didn’t feel restricted at all. Most importantly very clean. Cannot wait to go back.

I have stayed in this hotel before, so I booked it again this time, but the experience was not as good as the last time! The room was small and a bit crowded. I stayed for two nights and when it was cleaned the next day, tea bags and toiletry bags were not added. Not friendly enough. The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and within walking distance to the city center square. The people on the hotel are very friendly! However, the price of the hotel is not cheap, especially on weekends.

Fantastic location and great room. I came here for the Michelin Star restaurant, which does not disappoint! It was a reunion with my parents, and once the staff knew this, they gave us a little treat at the end of the meal, which was much appreciated. Located near the main square of Bologna, so very handy for a day trip. Highly recommended to any traveller.

Perfectly located between the train station and city center. The hotel has a good vibe and good breakfast, coffee made to the order, etc. it is all as shown in pictures and descriptions. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I recommend and come back again if I visit Bologna again

The hotel is located with easy access to the train station and also to major points-of-interest sites in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was a bit small than what I would prefer. A good place to stay the next time visiting Bologna.
