Kolpinghaus Bolzano

房間不大，但基礎設施都有，乾淨整潔，位置很好，離博爾扎諾主教堂很近，附近餐廳購物等都很方便，作為遊覽多洛米蒂的中轉休息站可以。但是房間淋浴熱水需要改善，10月已經很冷了，洗澡時淋浴水温不夠，凍感冒了，第二晚直接不敢洗澡。

very unfriendly reception by an older gentleman. I came the evening of my arrival to ask about the air conditioning that was not working and he offered no solution other than that someone would come and look at the air conditioning tomorrow. It was also 30 degrees that week. The next day an older woman at reception told me that they were working on it. 3 days later after complaining and sweating every night and every day I still didn't get a solution. Only after 4 days of stay did I finally find a friendly staff member (thank you Juliana) who offered me a room with working air conditioning for the last night. Apparently only a section of the rooms has real airco and the other ones have floor cooling that doesn’t really work. Breakfast was not tasty but the staff in the restaurant was very kind. Also the rooms smelled like sewer and the walls were very tin so I could hear everything from my neighbors. Very expensive for what it is, the only positive was the location.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a febbraio 2025 per motivi di lavoro. Hotel in posizione strategica, centrale, dotato di garage privato sotto la struttura. Comodissimo. Camere belle,ben arredate, spaziose, pulite. Bagno ok con doccia pulito e grande. Personale gentile e professionale, buona la colazione, assolutamente consigliato anche per il prezzo delle soluzioni proposte. Per me è il riferimento ideale per stare a Bolzano per lavoro oppure in famiglia. Bravi.
