This Green Palm Hotel Tobago hotel was the worst . This place desperately need maintenance from the Rooms to pool was dirty hair on pillows that wasn’t mine hair around the bathroom sink wasn’t mine. When you put on the air condition the television came on too plus the remote not working no welcome drink not even a bottle water was offered in room or out of room .We were a party of 4 went for pool towels only to here it only have 3 available and we check us and 2 other guests for the time we stay there. The receptionist check us in and never returned to work we call the receptionist office number no response no one returned our calls as yet. All weekend the office locked the only good thing the sister hotel remember to come for us to get breakfast. Look Don’t let the video circulating on social media fool you Run away from this hotel until they get themselves together

my room was exquisite, loved that i could watch my netflix, buffet breakfast was okay, lovely pool, but am not a pool person, its not far from crown point, i walked from swallows bay back to the hotel, good exercise, only one day t&tec was doing work, and there was no electricity, so it was quite uncomfortable, the hotel should have a backup generator, for this purpose, suppose there was a function going on? then what would have happened then, but otherwise enjoyed my stay, it was quiet, peaceful and the cleaning lady was friendly
