The hotel was clean,very nice rooms&nice pool area.The staff was very nice&friendly.the only thing that was disappointing was that most of our stay,which was 9 nights,the bar/restaurant was not open.that was the main reason I booked at this hotel,very disappointed it wasn’t open all the time

Visited this property on our visit to Bonita Springs area and Ave Maria area. The hotel is beautiful and feels very new from building to facilities. The room was very nice and very clean. Everyone was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the coffee there was excellent. Will definitely visit there in the future and definitely recommend this property

I love staying here! The rooms are always immaculate, the service is white glove standard, and the food and drinks are great! You’re minutes away from the beach and great shops, it’s the perfect place for a weekend getaway or beach vacation. I highly recommend staying here!

Upgraded to a King SUITE to celebrate our Anniversary. Room is extremely clean and well equipped with MW/Fridge. Great soft sofa. Two large screen TVs. The walk in shower is large and the toiletries are perfectly placed on the wall. Great bed/pillows and block out curtains. Delicious hot breakfast. Lots of choices. Location is extremely quiet with safe parking

Excellent team!! We’ve been here multiple times and the customer service is wonderful. The team is super kind and welcoming! Congrats to Lea, Adrianna, Alexia, Adrian and all others who are in the front desk!! Rooms are clean and spacious, and breakfast is full of options; the ladies working there make everything possible! Housekeeping is great: 10/10!! We will come back! Highly recommended.

I think this location could give a hoteliers master class on cleanliness. A crumb could not fall on the breakfast counter without Lori being right there to catch it. The service was exceptional. If I knew every Fairfield was as buttoned up as this one I’d be a loyal booker.

Adriana was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! Thank you Adriana for making our checking in easy and our stay feeling like home! Hotel also comes with complimentary breakfast and parking! Will definitely stay here again!

My group stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and used their meeting room for our director meeting. Our guest rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The meeting room was the perfect size for our group, and a/v equipment worked smoothly. The management team was very responsive to requests during the planning stage. We will return! I highly recommend!
