We’ve been going to Bonnie Hills reflections just on five years and everything has been absolutely wonderful the Park management and staff and facilities have been amazing until the new manager has taken over and have found her to be very poor in people skills and efficiency at the park

Management was totally inflexible. We were there during the recent mid-north coast rain event but management refused to keep the camp kitchen open beyond 9.00pm. Our group was basically the only ones in the park. I was also told to move my car from near the camp kitchen despite it not interfering with vehicles or pedestrian access. I had to return it to my site and walk back to the camp kitchen in the pouring rain. TV in the camp kitchen was not working but management refused to do anything about it. Lovely park and location but I would be hesitant to go back while ever the new managers remain

Amazing camp kitchen with 180deg view of ocean. Great place to exercise in the wet. Staff very friendly. Amenities very clean. Site a little difficult to get on..but worth it for the view. Walk to pub, surf club and crave. Sites wet and sodden.but it's been raining forever on the east coast.

great location, excellent facilities and good friends. What else do you need? I suppose the three days of perfect weather, catching up with family in Port Macquarie and the relaxed pace of the place probably help. Not our first time here, and certainly not our last. P.S. Try breakfast at the surf club over looking Rainbow Beach. Go on, you deserve it.

Accommodation excellent we stayed in the Deluxe Glamping Tent which has plenty of room and is very comfortable with great views of the ocean. Will definitely be back in the future. Plenty of vechile parking beside our accomodation for easy loading and unloading. We stayed for 10 days in February.

Is our disappointment in site 94 for the amount we paid. We opted to try Reflections Bonnyhill over our usual stay at Ingenia, given we are in Bonnyhills frequently for family, but? I have included some photos in the hope the site can be improved for future guests and also go to help “word of mouth” when we are sharing experiences of our stay with Reflections. The site appears to be the worst option of your sites yet priced the same. We understand the weather is out of control and that an alternative park was offered but it meant packing up and moving in the current weather further away from family. If we wanted an alternative park we would have booked at the competition.

We stayed at one of the new Safari tents (because our caravan was out of action). Very nice but don't stay at the ones near the road. They're only 20-30 meters from the road and the traffic noise is like the cars, trucks and bikes are driving through your living room. Apart from that the staff were friendly, great location and the amenities were clean and up to date. Plenty of local natural places to see.

Just spent a few days with friends in one of the premium cabins. Absolutely the best cabin accommodation we've ever experienced. Spotlessly clean and with every facility you would need, right down to a washer dryer and a dishwasher and barbeque built in. Facing the ocean and the breezes with the calming sound of the surf ever present. Sitting on the verandah and watching the whales in the afternoon with a cold drink in hand.... gotta be special?

Reflections Bonny Hills is absolutely the perfect spot with incredible facilities. Staff are brilliant. The best place for someone seeking solitude, couples or large groups of families and friends. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.
