The title says it’s all really. This place cares about its patrons and really goes out of its way to ensure you have a comfortable and luxurious stay. We stayed in the Princess Margaret suite which was beautiful. Lavishly decorated and a stunning bathroom - we were very comfortable indeed (the bed was devine). All the staff we encountered were truly hospitable - a credit to the hotel. A special note of thanks for the housekeeping staff, who I think were the friendliest I’ve ever encountered! We will certainly be returning and will be recommending the hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful location. Former home of Lord Snowdon and weekend retreat for Princess Margaret. Exquisitely furnished rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and an award winning Gunroom restaurant which is featured in the Michelin Guide. Hotel of the year in North Wales since 2021.

We have just returned from a night's stay to celebrate a Special Birthday staying in Sir Robert Armstrong -Jones Room.Waw...from arriving to leaving our whole experience was Absolutely Amazing.We had a lovely welcome and was shown to our beautiful room wich was of highest standard.The little extras in the room were a treat and the toiletries were the best quality ever. The dining ecperience was an absolute delight( My partner an ex-executive chef and myself in hospitality).We were blown away with the high standard of Service from All Staff( Some names known but not all sorry...) Dylan..Liam..Aaron.All were very Professional..Smart with full knowledge of what they were serving.A real credit to you. The Pre-Dinner Drinks and Canopes were a real treat before being ushered through to a very cosy part of the restaurant.Compliments to The Head Chef Daniel ap Geraint and his team for the most Amazing Dining experience ever...All the dishes were presented to the highest standards with tastes and flavours never known before.Breakfast today was again excellent quality and was freshly cooked ...plenty of choice and served with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and we took advantage of the gorgeous weather to take a stroll and relax on one of many benches dotted around. Truly an Amazing Stay. Just spent two nights at Plas Dinas, a very tranquil place. The food was all absolutely delicious, thank you Daniel. All the staff were very friendly and professional ( especially Rupert always ready to get me more champagne!) a credit to Daniel and his wife. Our room was beautiful and we slept really well in the very comfy beds, we wanted for nothing. Thank you to everyone at Plas Dinas.

We love this hotel , the whole place makes you feel so special . We did the winter break deal which is a great way to experience it. This was our third visit and definitely not our last . Daniel and his staff are so welcoming , it’s just lovely . The rooms are all so different but exceptionally clean . The little touches of home made fudge and biscuits , fresh milk for your tea and coffee . Breakfast is well organised , you can pick it the night before and has great choices . We loved the poached egg with avocado, and the Welsh cooked breakfast is definitely a good choice . Best advice - don’t hesitate just book
