I always find the rooms and the service at a Premier Inn good. The bed and shower are exceptional. My reason for only 3 stars is the almost complete lack of internet access. I have experienced this before at Premier Inns. This not only affects access to the internet but the ability to read emails or send and receive messages and phone calls. I am aware that I can pay for a premium wifi but at the last Premier I paid and it wasn’t any better also I don’t believe that basic access to the internet should be a luxury. It really is not acceptable these days. Please sort this Premier.

Thank you to every team member I came into contact with, every single one was an absolute credit. As a lone female I felt nothing more than welcomed & safe. My room was very clean & comfortable (118). Thank you again for such outstanding customer service

Room is decorated like every other Premier inn of course. This one is tired, paint coming off bathroom ceiling and skirting boards. The breakfast served at the associated beefeater is the worst so far. Mushrooms dried out for days, eggs dried our, beans watery. No Nutella. The toast was fine (I did that myself)….

My stay at Liverpool north was amazing x rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and cosy . House keeping staff were all friendly. Would like to thank Jackie for helping me out with my room. Reception staff Julie and Debbie were brilliant, friendly and also funny. Will be definitely staying there again 5 *

Hotel messed up our booking and rooms were not what we booked, I had booked interconnecting rooms but they gave us I dividual rooms, very inconvenient as we had children. I would not recommend staying here, especially a large booking. Radiator in our room made banging noise all night, room 47.

My wife and I make at least 4 trips to Liverpool to visit Family and friends each year. We always stay at the Premier Inn Copy Lane.North Liverpool. The hotel is the best Premier Inn we have used in the UK. The facilities and rooms are very good, and always match our expectations. The Staff at the Hotel and Beefeater restaurant are very friendly and efficient going that extra mile to provide customers with every need. In particular I would like to mention The Packet Steamer Restaurant and Bar Staff Paula, Ann and Paul who have been there for years we get a great reception from them at each visit and they always help make our stay an enjoyable one.

Disappointed with this stay and put in a complaint about the heater that made a noise keeping me awake. I had to switch it off at source which obviously made the room cold ( during that cold spell) Spoke with the staff at reception in the morning who offered a portable heater but unfortunately too late in the morning.

Nice and easy to get to, friendly staff especially Debbie and Julie on desk and they was very helpful give the best ways to get round Liverpool. Room was clean, good facilities and next to the pub, so not to far to stumble back to the room once you’ve had a few

Clean, helpful staff, great room comfortable beds, pillows good shower, very quiet stay, great black out curtains good nights sleep. Good breakfast , easy to park , good location for getting out into Liverpool . Have stayed before would stay again.
