The hotel where we stayed with our family exceeded all expectations! We were accommodated in spacious and comfortable rooms, which were perfect for a family vacation. The service was outstanding — the staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any requests.
The hotel’s facilities were excellent: a pool with a children’s area, a playground, and various activities for kids, which allowed us to relax knowing our children were safe and entertained. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, offering a great selection of dishes for both adults and kids.
The hotel’s location was also ideal: close to the beach and main attractions, making our stay even more convenient. We were able to fully unwind and enjoy our time without worrying about small details. We will definitely return here again!

Beside the front desk, all the experience was good . Rooms are old and not that good but the location of the hotel is perfect. Also the food abd drinks are amazing and super cheap

The staff at the hotel are very professional and friendly, the hotel beautiful and clean.
Our room was cleaned everyday.
The breakfast is good, there’s a variety to choose from and you get complimentary free drinks but the drinks are not nice 1/10🤣
The locals are friendly and funny, they also offer activities around the islands.
Downside was the water- they don’t offer bottled water in the rooms, there’s a drink pitcher in the room and you have to get the water outside your room there’s a dispenser within the floor.
The slippers are only offered once and they don’t bring new ones when they clean.
There’s restaurants and clubs around
The view of the island is in front of the hotel
They offer beach towels which you can change for new sets anytime.
We were picked and dropped off by the airport via bus shuttle and boat.
The hotel reminds you about check out times and they call when it’s time to leave.
We requested early checkin and we were granted one for 12:30 without any additional fees. Checkin time is at 3pm so that was very accommodating.
Overall the experience was an 8/10.
Beautiful environment, great food, amazing customer service, good looking rooms, not noisy!

It was a fun and memorable experience that we had during our stay in Boracay. As for Hennan Palm, the hotel is good but I was expecting for more. It's best feature is the beach front, pool bar and location. However, getting into lobby from the main road can be a bit troublesome due to narrow and uncemented road leading to it w/c could cause some delays entering/exiting the vicinity. Nevertheless, the whole experience is superb and we're just thankful.

The hotel is located on white beach. It’s a beautiful resort with a top-class breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were all friendly and kind and tried their best to make us feel welcome. The three pools at the hotel are amazing - this was my favorite part of the hotel! We had to pay a deposit of 6k peso on check in. There were some ants in our room and on the bed and the hotel staff assisted immediately, by offering to change rooms. We celebrated a birthday and they made it extra special during breakfast! One thing that bothered me… the housekeeping leaving a warning for us not to smoke in the room even though we hadn’t been doing so. We followed the rules and made sure not to smoke in the room, but we were met with a warning that a smoking was detected in the room and that the hotel would charge us two nights stay as a result. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel. The beds are soft and the location is perfect!
