we had an amazing stay in Henann Palm and the location is fine since it is still beachfront but the service and the amenities... chef's kiss. The staffs are all attentive and really approachable specially when you need something so I highly recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast buffet... mwa mwa AMAZING.

The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine.

I recently stayed at Henann Palm Boracay and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything was kept in perfect condition. The location was ideal—close to major attractions and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the on-site pool and restaurant which added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was always friendly and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

4D3N - 7 Premier Rooms - Family & Relatives Beachfront: Algae blooms is still evident. If you want a clearer one, you may walk to the boundaries of S2 & S3. Staff: Very accommodating and friendly. A shoutout to sir JK at reception for letting us check-in as early. Food: Welxome drinks upon areival. Free Breakfast buffet was satisfying! Dinner buffet for P949 +250 unlidrinks is worth it. We also tried the lunch buffet at Henann Regency Sea Breeze (P799) upon arrival and cravings satisfied. But if you opt for cheaper ones, a walk to DMall and Food park is ok but not recommended for groups with kids & seniors (like ours). Room: Cleanliness is exemplary. The daily housekeeping is praiseworthy. We felt like we just arrived everytime we walk into our rooms newly cleaned and refreshed. Supplies is replenished everyday when used. With bathrobe and umbrella but no slippers. Amenities: Pools are ok but smaller than other Henann. Pool bar price is cheaper than Sky Pool bar. Water dispenser available in hallways. Wrap up: Experience were almost perfect except for a mishap on the 3rd night. The ceiling of 1 room assigned to our Seniors has broke down. Tatang was inside the T&B when he heard a loud bomb-like sound (as how he described it to us). He get out of the T&B and is shocked for the devastating look of the ceiling debris all over the beds. Lucky enough that he was inside while Inang was still with us in the restaurant downstairs. The family wanted a free 1N stay and rebooked airfare but the trauma made Tatang insisted to go back home. Hotel Initiative: On the same night, Seniors were immediately transferred to another room with pool access. The next day, at 10am, staff called to check on our Seniors and adv that they're allowed for late check out until pickup time. I replied that if extension is for just 1 room, Seniors will opt not to avail it as others will have to wait for them in the lobby. Hotel staff then asked further approval - resulting to a total of all 7 rooms were allowed for late checkout until 0130pm.

Relaxing and Memorable Stay! We had such a great time at Henann Palm Beach Resort! The beachfront location is perfect—just steps away from the white sand and crystal-clear waters of Boracay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and super clean. We especially loved the pool area and how easy it was to access the beach. The staff were courteous and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location with a small infinity pool overlooking the beach which is excellent to capture beautiful Boracay sunset. The property has too many rooms which ruins the ambiance if you want to have unique quite experience. The breakfast is blow average . The quality of food is average too . The staff in the breakfast restaurant reception and sky pool are exceptionally friendly especially Veronica in pool bar in the main pool . The room i stayed in had a single and a double bed with lots of space and bath was looking over the main pool . I have also. Stayed in Hennan Crystal which felt more exclusive and 5 star with the bigger sky-pool and a-lot less people.

This resort got a nice pool and location which is very convenient for my senior mom, the staff are very friendly especially the pool attendant in the skybar pool who lend me the goggles so i can do laps, the pool attendant on the way to the exit of beach, he is very pleasant, kind and he always greets us and the concierge that take care of our luggages. Thank you for your hospitality and for making our short holiday memorable. i will definitely stay in this resort again and well recommended to my friends.
