- inte tillräckligt många jakter vid poolen - Många drinkar är slutsålda i baren - Spa är mycket dyrt jämfört med andra liknande hotell -Läget är trevligt - Poolen är också mycket trevlig men golvet runt är gammalt och behöver renoveras. En vän var trampa jag en outlooking skruv. Hotellet var omhändertaget men inget annat. Ingen gratis drink eller något liknande. - Efter kl. 21.30 är hotellet dött. Inga människor, ingenting.

Beautiful hotel with a large pool and private beach... Shuttle going to and from D mall... Really no reason to leave this place if you're looking to relax, they've got it all. Breakfast is 10/10. Multiple restaurants on site, cafe, etc. and the gym was small but worthy. We'll be back

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel safe, comfortable and every single need was catered to. Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place. Amazing amazing staff: Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly. Checking in and out - staff are friendly. Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional. Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly. Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled. Special shoutout to: Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning. To the managers - Arnold, Marichel and Arlene - thank you for your honest goodness, smiles and small favours (small glasses of fruit juice, extra bananas etc etc). We are sad to leave here but will definitely be back one day - hope to see you all here again!

The hotel was not ready for Chinese New Year occupancy. It was missing umbrellas, food, fruits only watermelon. During this period, the queue for breakfast was huge. After this period, the hotel becomes much better. My recommendation: avoid big holidays to be there. Definitely not a 5 stars!

Good things: ✨️Private beach area that was easy to go beach ?very near) ✨️Kids liked pool and that was many types of pool area (general one big pool and divided many section) ✨️Greenery area was a lot ✨️Everynight was live music and concert that was so nice and artists very universal skill ✨️Prepared our wedding cake that was so amazing feelings for us, thank you Little unsatisfied things: 🔸️Didn't prepare water in the room, we need to call and request after water got it. We stayed 2 kids so we need a lot of water🤪 🔸️Far away to go outside, you need to hire e-trike 🔸️Food was little bit not tasty for me, but you should try mango yogurt 🔸️Elevator little old and slow

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were some gluten free options on the menu and the breakfast manager went out of her way to ensure we had gluten free pancakes every morning. The spa was very relaxing and the massage attendant was great. We traveled just before Christmas and the hotel decor was very festive.

Mövenpick Review We are staying at the hotel for the third time, and unfortunately, both the hotel itself and especially the service have significantly deteriorated. Key points: 1)The roof in our room was leaking. When it rained at night, water started dripping directly onto the bed from the ceiling. We had to visit the reception three times before someone addressed the issue. Moreover, there were no apologies or offers to change rooms. Apparently, this is now considered normal for this hotel. 2)The refrigerator did not work. It took us three days to get it replaced, and the staff tried to convince us that everything was supposed to be like that. 3) A two-meter palm branch fell near our child. Fortunately, he was under an umbrella and was unharmed. Again, nobody apologized, asked if any help was needed, or checked if we sustained any injuries. The only thing the staff seems interested in is money. We booked a rate with paid breakfast for the child, and they never forgot to bring the bill each time. However, when the child decided to sleep in one morning, they called several times to ask why they didn't receive payment. Additionally, here’s a list of other negative aspects: 1)Beach and pool loungers need to be claimed around 6 am. The staff does nothing to prevent people from reserving them with towels for the entire day. 2)The towel card system. Yes, previously the towels were poor quality and needed frequent replacement, but it's unclear why such a system reminiscent of Turkish 3-star hotels has been implemented. Staff often can't find your card, leading to queues and conflicts. 3)Breakfast is very weak. There are always long lines at the main restaurant. We accidentally discovered there's another restaurant available, which is strange since the staff doesn't share this information. 4)The pool is poorly maintained, and its lighting is in disrepair. 5)Overall, both the grounds and the rooms are cleaned inadequately. A soda can lay next to our umbrella for several days without being picked up. In the room, they didn’t even mop the floor—our feet were constantly dirty. Once, we wiped the floor with a towel, and it turned completely black. 6)The bathroom fixtures in the room are unsatisfactory—a leaky bidet shower left a puddle every time. Initially, the housekeeper would wipe it up, then she stopped, seemingly unable to report the problem. By that point, we lacked the energy to deal with it anymore. 7)Drinks at breakfast are chargeable, including espresso and cappuccino. Among the remaining free options, tea is the only drinkable choice. Most guests agreed that the juices were undrinkable. In summary, while the location is excellent and the hotel used to be decent, it has noticeably declined and now looks quite subpar, definitely not up to five-star standards.

I think the season hadn't started yet when I was there. So it was not very crowded. Cleanliness, staff and service are very good. Just like I said, there were some disruptions due to the season. (Maybe not a problem) Overall I was satisfied.

The bar and restaurant are good. The front desk and guest service people are nice and polite, yet the actual service they delivered are below standard. For example, the air con is leaking water. Having called the guest service, they said that they are sending some one right away. Yet the right away actually took 45 mins. They said they have fixed the issue and sent a nice card and fruits. Yet the air con is still leaking water the 2nd day. The nice and polite doesn’t translate into quality and service guests actually need….

This is my 2nd night stay and I loved it! I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me. Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made. Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been "made with love" as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes. The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort. The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey. I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze. The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate. All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

What a resort! From check in to check out everything was incredible. Shoutout to the beach club staff especially Romel, Cid and the rest of the incredible guys. Also the two singers/dancers/fire performers are easily some of the most entertaining and talented performers I’ve seen for a long time. I will be back!

We really enjoyed the hotel and the facilities. Their breakfast and chocolate hour were the highlights of our stay. Their gym is quite nice for a hotel and the pool has volleyball. Their own private beach includes various water activities. They have free shuttle to the city center every hour. Our one and only concern was the service provided. Despite our request from the front desk to ask our neighbors to remain quiet after 10 pm, they didn’t call them. Our neighbors were having quite a big party in their room and their music and laud voice made it impossible to sleep. We called the main desk twice, one around 10 pm the other 11 pm. Despite their assurances that they would call and remind them to respect the hotel rules, no one called. Midnight, we had to change our room. They didn’t upgrade our room despite the inconvenience (although they didn’t have to), in fact the AC in the room they gave us was leaking water. Despite our attempt to ask for assistance to solve our problem and their reassurance, no one came to help. We just separate our stay at the hotel and the services provided from each other and still rate the hotel with a good high score.

Overall it’s a pretty limiting experience. Our check-in was delayed beyond their regular timings as rooms were not ready, the room given faced an unapologetic dead-end wall, and for that price the room and the hotel facilities in general just looked like ill-maintained. That said, the beach and swimming pool is good Sadly the options are limited in that side of Boracay, so they get to offer a mediocre offering and still get by

This is a wonderful resort for the whole family. The beach is perfect - great sand and good swimming too. Snorkeling right from the beach is easy with lots to see. The pool is stunning! The food options were good, the cocktails were a let down (always inconsistently made and more ice than drink in each glass, and over price). Chocolate Hour was always a nice treat too! Service was excellent throughout our time there!
