Enjoyed my stay here, the hotel and amenities were very nice and breakfast was very good. No complaints from me. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is so nice and the staff is very accommodating...

The location is good, but the beach is short of sun loungers and there is always music very, very loud coming from the hotel restaurant. One wants to relax and there is always the loud music everytime. Plus, I had to ask to change to another room, because the first one faced a huge aircon system from another building, so it was impossible to sleep at night. This is not a pet friendly hotel and it was really heartbreaking to see the employees to chase away dogs that only wanted some shade or water (Melvin was the name of the employee). At breakfast juices were not fresh, which is difficult to understand in a country with very good fruit. This makes me not consider to book again in this hotel. Apart from that, rooms were good, clean and spacious. All and all, I don't consider this hotel a 5 star.

They do not allow outside cook food, e.g fried chicken, to be brought in to the room because it may leave food smell yet you can order their own food and be consumed in the room. The only hotel that has this weird policy.

Very good hotel between station 1 and station 2. Close enough to bars and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful at night. Great sun loungers on the beach, two very nice pools. Breakfast was good but not great. The staff and service was very good, everyone was helpful and polite. Rooms are a good size and the showers are great after a day covered in sunscreen. Only criticism is the one towel per person policy. I would really like two towels when I’m at the beach or by the pool.

Hotel is in a prime position opening the beach the sky pool is brilliant, staff are great and professional. The breakfast is average . The beach security Mervil Snosa was exceptionally he I just wish the check out times are flexible with check out facilities.

Great hotel with a great view, also staff friendly but some amenities are missing. They have not a single hair brush and body wash sponge.

Our late-February stay at Henann Crystal Sands was a great experience. The location is unbeatable, steps from D-Mall, making exploring Boracay easy. We especially loved the excellent free breakfast buffet, a real highlight. The resort's pools were also a plus, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated that the infinity pool on the 2nd floor was open late. We'd definitely recommend it for a convenient and pleasant Boracay vacation.

The hotel is near White Beach. It is the best. Infinite pool is good with a great view. Except that everything is not worth the price. There was a dead spider in garlic rice. It was awful. I almost ate it and threw up. The worst thing is the staff didn't rey care about that. You have to be careful when you have breakfast.

The worst resort I have been experienced ever except location. Definitely not recommended.

The environment is clean and tidy. Both swimming pools are excellent, we can jump in the water from our room directly. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. Specially thanks to a waiter his name is HOMER, he was very helpful and cheerful all the time. It just take a few minutes walk to the d mall and get everything you needed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

We enjoy the skybar pool and breakfast is really good, location is perfect!
