Location was closed the flixbus station by walk and receptionist was amazingly friendly. Room condition was even beyond my expection and good enough to stay alone with a nice and huge window view from my window or I'm the lucky one to stay in a beautiful corner room. Thanks for having this good memory for my first time to visit in Bordeaux.

Hotel walking distance to railway station (10min), some supermarket around. Bedroom is OK, bathroom super big (wheelchair accessible, I guess), kitchen little small (compare to bathroom), can be little bigger and smaller bathroom. Small window, but OK during hot day. Clean, calm. There is a sauna and a gym. Little far of city center, but convenient for train.

Great front desk, spacious apartment, clean, good wifi/tv. Enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay at a quiet area which is quite close from the city centre. We enjoyed walking there after our long days

Easy to find but need to walk 10 min for good food, breakfast was cozy and continued food supply.

Not a pleasant hotel. The area is pretty grim. My room had its curtains missing so the sunlight would stay in my room and people across the street could watch me sleep. When I told the staff it seemed like they were just pretending to try and help. I asked for a refund and to leave but they would always say “I’m sorry I can’t do that only my supervisor can” but there would never be a real supervisor there to help. 10/10 horrible experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the hotel and their air conditioning system. The aircon was not working at all and I had to rely on a small fan in the room to try and keep cool. This made me wonder if the hotel was aware of the issue but wanted to see if they could get away with it. I reported the issue to the hotel staff several times, but each time I was given the same answer - they will reset the system so I should go back to the room, turn the aircon unit off and on and wait for 15 minutes. They claimed that this would reset the system and fix the problem. However, this solution did not work and I found myself constantly sweating in the hot and stuffy room. Despite being patient and understanding, the hotel staff did not seem to take the issue seriously. They offered to change my room, but only on the condition that I move immediately, as the hotel was fully booked. When I asked the staff to have a look at the air conditioning unit again, they simply responded that "sometimes it doesn't work." This indicates to me that they knew about the issue before giving us the room, which is completely unacceptable. When I brought it up, the hotel staff became defensive and rude. I don't understand why they would treat their customers in such a discourteous manner, especially when we were simply asking for a basic service that we paid for and deserved. To make matters worse, I overheard several other customers complaining about their own broken air conditioning units. I paid good money for a comfortable stay, but instead, I was left feeling hot, uncomfortable, and dissatisfied with the service provided. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and makes an effort to improve their facilities and customer service in the future.

Good location

В целом отель хороший, не очень новый, но это терпимо. Удобный паркинг. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Правда маленький телевизор и нет смарт тв Но самое ужасное это отопление, для меня 20 градусов очень холодно, я трижды попросил исправить ситуацию сотрудников, к сожалению, термостат в номере не дает настроить температуру самостоятельно. Сотрудники помогали как могли, но систему мы не смогли обойти, просто видимо такое желание сэкономить на отоплении от руководства отеля. Также было бы хорошо, если бы в номере была хотя бы бутылочка воды. Вроде такая практика есть во всех отелях.

Из плюсов - очень удобные кровати, есть все необходимое. Из минусов - было холодно и кондиционирование не регулируется из номера, оно центральное, теплее сделать нельзя.

Esperienza molto positiva. La stanza era esattamente come descritta sul sito, pulita e in una posizione molto comoda (soprattutto alla stazione dei treni). Consigliato!

instalações agradáveis, mas faltavam panos na cozinha, shampoo/ gel no banho e ar condicionado. O apartamento estava sempre muito quente. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta e houve muito barulho toda a noite na rua. Foi dificil descansar.
