The location is good ! Front desk service nice ! The room to hot and malfunction of AC The housekeeping service not super good ! Missing towels paper and not very clean bathroom The breakfast average for 5 starts hotel and also the seating area not very comfortable for proper breakfast ( seat to low )

At 10 PM, my wife was taking a shower when the hot water suddenly stopped. There was no hot water at all. I tried to call the front desk using the only phone in the room, but it was completely dead because it wasn’t charging properly. To make things worse, there were no instructions anywhere on how to use the phone or which number to call. I had to keep guessing, while the phone was about to die. This is just unacceptable. Also, the shower had cheap curtains that didn’t keep the water in. The bathroom floor got soaked and slippery, which is dangerous. When I finally reached the front desk, they told me in a very casual way that they have no idea why there was no hot water, the whole hotel had no hot water and it would take a few hours to fix. No warning, no apology, just a cold response. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world, and I have never experienced something like this. Not having hot water is a basic failure in service. This whole situation was awful and it completely ruined our stay.

Perfect location near centre of town. Laundromat next door and supermarket 50 metres away. We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The front staff were so very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of places to sit and relax around the bar and breakfast area.

This is a superb hotel and it was particularly lucky for us that we were staying here as my wife had an accident and broke her leg. The hotel staff (Clemence especially) were fantastic and helped us get the medical care that we needed. I've never had to impose on a hotel staff this way before and the way that they helped us throughout the process was so very much appreciated.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. While it’s already a lovely and comfortable place — perfectly located, with an amazing breakfast — what really makes it special is the staff. From the warm and welcoming reception to the incredibly friendly bar and restaurant team, and the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone makes you feel genuinely cared for. It’s one of those rare places where you instantly feel at home. One unique feature I absolutely loved is the set of private rooms for watching TV, playing games, or just relaxing — plus a small cinema room! Such a great idea and beautifully executed. I’ll definitely be coming back — many times!

Highly recommend this hotel to Bordeaux visitors. It’s clean, close enough to walk to restaurants and sites of interest, and the staff is extremely helpful and cheerful. The hotel entrance is beautiful, particularly the staircase. Comfortable seating areas throughout the main floor. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We travel *a lot* and rarely give 5 stars... We stayed here for a week. The rooms were really well appointed, clean, modern and elegant. The breakfast service is nice and recommended. Staff is attentive and was always there. Overall very good experience. highly recommend

Fabulous hotel! Extremely clean. The staff are extremely helpful specially the Manager Emily, she’s professional, warm and very approachable. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was very tasty. Felt welcome throughout our stay. I genuinely think it’s the best hotel in Bordeaux! Would definitely recommend and will come back for sure xx
