Where to begin. How about with the absolutely rude receptionist, Jelena Slovaki (spelling is wrong, but it's close enough to identify her). She was yelling at people during check-in because we didn't want to leave our passports at the front desk overnight for them to be scanned. We insisted that she scan them and immediately return them at check-in. Then, after discovering a dirty room, with something (mushrooms?) growing in the bathroom, I had to go back to see Jelena. She said maybe they are magic mushrooms and I should try them. So unprofessional. She said she would send a housekeeper up to my room. Never showed up. 4 people in my group had dirty rooms. It's a reasonable expectation for a 4-star hotel to be clean, and well kept. Not only was the room dirty, but the furnishings were as well. Even the cloth chair covers in the dining room were dirty. There were discarded napkins under our dining table, and we were the first to use that table when the dining room opened for dinner--must have been left over from breakfast. This place needs a lot of work and attention to be a 4-star hotel. Do not book this place. Oh, and the internet is extraordinarily slow.

Extremely friendly service and very pleasant management. A great buffet with delicious food and a very relaxing atmosphere. Clean and tidy beach with up-to-date and fast service. Comfortable accommodation fully equipped and ready for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is not really bad, old, but good for the price. But what is a pronounced tragedy is the hotel staff. A lot of employees don't even have basic English and you feel unwelcome as soon as you enter. All this is completed by the staff in the restaurant and day bar. For us, in terms of service, the worst hotel we have ever been to. We do not think in the slightest that we will ever return here or that we will recommend the hotel to anyone. The locals still have a lot to learn in the field of tourism. We are happy to be home.
