30 Jahre altes Hotel, welches verkauft wurde weil es Verlust machte. Das Meerwasser ist sehr sauber, man kann aber nicht wiet raus schwimmen, wegen Riffe, Algen und staken Wellen. Daher nur an 3 kleinen Abschnitten. Die Strandliegen sind bequem, aber die verottete Bedachung der Sonnenschirme lässt viel Sonne durch. Die Verpflegung ist stark überteuert, wie zum Beispiel Sandwiches oder Getränke. Die Buffetts am Morgen und Abend sind qualitativ mittlere Stufe, aber alles sehr fad und geschmacklos. Falls diese nicht gleich mit gebucht worden sind, bezahlt man auch hier das vierfache des Wertes. Der Hauptpool ist schön gross, wird aber den ganzen Tag lautstark von alten, kaputtenen Lautsprechern beschallt. Das Wasser wirkt modrig, da wahrscheinlich zu wenig Chlor verwendet wird. Abends wird auf der Terasse buis 24 Uhr laute Kindermusik gespielt. Regelmässiger Stromausfall wird aus Kostengründen nicht komplett mit Generatoren ausgeglichen, so das die Klimaanlage nicht läuft.

The hotel has a huge potential in all aspects and the following is highly recommended; 1- larger space for the buffet 2- More showers on the beach and on pools 3- Better maintenance of room Aircon 4- renovation of some mattresses 5- Room card access. 6- golf car is needed for old and handicapped Breakfast and dinner are superb and staff are very professional in all areas, animation team is good with very good location

Hotel and service are excellent, pool very nice and clean .animations team very active with very nice DJ they making good vibes all day and at night there’s nice show , overall food quality at breakfast and pool bar was good and have variety. Need to give 5 star for reception staff named Arwa ,from the first day she called to ask about my accommodation if I have any problem or comments . I have some concerns about my room and instantly she takes the action and changed to a better room. This level of service comes from very professional employee.

First of all, every single employee in this hotel deserves 10+, I have rarely experienced such positive attitude and willingness to help from all the staff. Everyone is so polite, always smiling, we really felt welcomed. The rooms are nice, enough space in closets, nice terasses, every room has at least side view of the sea. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed, the hotel is really clean, also the pool area and the beach. The air conditioning in our room worked great. The beach is probably the most beautiful beach I've ever seen, turquoise water, white sand. Enough sunbeds and umbrellas, you get clean beach towels every day at the beach or the pool. The sea has waves, so beware that most days lifeguards won't let you swim more than few meters from the shore. On the other hand, they are watching everyone one all day long, tirelessly, and I felt safe for my 8 year old daughter in the sea and in the pool. Wonderful young lady at the reception helped us organise a trip to Alexandria, because the agencies are literally ripping you off for every excursion (visiting the library, greek-roman museum, Matuzah palace, having lunch at a fancy restaurant, and also visiting few other bars for drinks and sweets, taxi rides, we spent around 50 euros each, and the agency asked for 100 euros, without entering the library or the museum). The food at the hotel is so amazing, mostly local, with many varieties. Beef, duck, chicken, vegetable dishes. There is always some sea food, wonderful salads, fresh fruit. Kids also loved it, and gladly experimented with new flavours. There are also classic choices like pizza, pastas, french fries, chicken nuggets and burgers. Cakes are amazing, didn't expect that, I never like cakes in hotels. In all inclusive concept you can have pizza, burgers, fish nuggets, french fries by the pool if you skip lunch. You can also have water, coffee, sodas, cocktails, vodka, gin, beer at one of 3 bars during the day. Animation team provides various activities during the day, they are great with kids. Friendly, funny, but not bothering you, as sometimes happens in hotels like this. There are also different shows in the evening at the beautiful hotel terrace. Hotel has a spa, but I didn't go, so cannot comment on that. All in all, I love this hotel, I would gladly come again, it's definitely not luxurious, but the staff is amazing, you really feel cared for, and the beach is a dream, what more can you ask for.

Hotel is clean and staff is helpful breakfast is very good But unfortunately the rooms need maintenance air conditioning and sanitary equipment are not working properly The beach is clean but the life guards have no jet ski or any equipment in order to save any body so they prefer always to close the access to sea and this happened twice in two visits to the hotel
