Eden Hotel

開始給我們的房間是複式的，但暖氣不足，最高衹能設定21度，房間很冷，衞生間暖氣也沒有，跟前台説了，給調高了一度，根本沒用；第二天換了個平層的房間，暖和多了。但因為前一天受了涼，我和孩子都腸胃炎犯了…酒店裝修硬件還行，除了前台一個女生比較熱情之外，其他的都冷冰冰

Hotel di gran livello, consigliabile a tutti

Modern hotel in Bormio, which is relatively easy to find just across the river. The underground car parking is interesting and be warned if you have a large vehicle as it's not the easiest to negotiate. Having said that there was plenty of available spaces when we stayed. We had an upstairs room in the B block. It was a very good sized room with a decent bathroom, but weirdly had stairs up to the bedroom and a coffee machine positioned right at the top of the stairs. I used the coffee machine a couple of times and had to be careful not to fall down the stairs while using it. This was not a room for sleepwalkers! Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and location very close to the town centre. Breakfast was fantastic, and had more choice than I've seen elsewhere for some time.

Simply amazing experience! Friendly staff, good location, good facilities, a-ma-zing breakfast….what else can I say? I can highly recommend the hotel to everybody! I had an amazing room with a fantastic view on the 3 floor. The balcony was overlooking mountains and partially the amazing mountains surrounding Bormio. I had the most amazing view standing in the shower even. So ask for the corner room on the 3rd, free tip!

Fantastic hotel in a good location. The rooms are large giving you a feeling of staying in your own apartment. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding. There is a dedicated bike room with a well apportioned with tools. There are a lot of hotel options in Bormio, this is one of the best!

Hotel molto carino e in buona posizione. Camere spaziose. Abbastanza nuovo. Pulito. Personale molto gentile. Colazione super! Però alcune cose sono da migliorare… In bagno il cesto che contiene il phon e’ rotto e mal tenuto (vedi foto). Le ciabatte che ti danno in dotazione sono sporche e usate (vedi foto) Il frigorifero in camera è molto rumoroso e non ti permette di dormire bene. Le tende in camera scorrono male nelle corsie e a volte non si chiudono bene. Alle 18.30 abbiamo fatto un aperitivo in hotel, verificando prima se si poteva ordinare anche qualcosa da mangiare. Prima ci hanno detto di si, poi al momento dell’ordine ci è stato detto che avevano finito tutto e che non c’era più nulla da poter ordinare! Il bicchiere dell’aperitivo aveva la base sporca (vedi foto). Non c’e’ ristorante. Se vuoi cenare devi comunque uscire. Davanti all’entrata il ghiaccio causato dalla neve è stato pulito solo per metà dell’ingresso. Diciamo che a 500€ a notte ti aspetti in generale qualcosa di molto meglio!!!
