Breakfast a la carte is very very nice, fresh fruit is also great The room is made up twice, very friendly staffs The location is amazing as you can see Borobudur from the Patio restaurant (where you will have breakfast) Amenity is truly lacking: no gym of its own, instead need to go to its sister hotel : Plataran Heritage, the shared gym is a dusty small room with one treadmill, one workout dumbbell set The spa also looks quiet old, we ended up going to another hotel for spa

Great resort for healing with families, close to borobudur temple

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed. Everything was amazing.

¡Hotel extraordinario! Las villas están aisladas y están muy bien ambientadas. El restaurante ofrece muy buenos platos y una vista excepcional a Borobudur. Desayuno a la carta muy bueno. Lo mejor: la atención del personal y de su gerente. Un hotel muy recomendable para las estancias en Yogyakarta.

整體不錯，基本上住進去就不出來了，酒店周圍也沒啥東西

酒店外部環境很好，私密性也很好，最讚的當屬於私家泳池，很乾凈。如果不是因為兩件事影響了心情的話，會給一個好的評價：1，入住時出狀況：訂房時明明顯示有兩個床，入住後就只有一個床了，反覆溝通後，攜程補了酒店加床的差價才住了下來，這時已經是差不多晚上十點了，又累又餓； 2，結賬時出狀況：結賬時不收美元和人民幣，刷卡又出問題，刷了兩次卡，扣了兩次錢，但酒店衹收到一次，溝通許久，酒店答應十五天內退回多扣的錢，但願幾天後不要再為這多扣的錢而跨國溝通。兩千五百多一晚的房費，入住即退房都出現狀況，很不應該。特別提一下，這天剛好是除夕，十分影響心情。

房間很好，花園別墅，乾淨。吃的也很好吃，還便宜。

From the moment I arrived at Plataran Borobudur Spa & Resort, I felt an incredibly warm welcome. I was even greeted with a soothing welcome massage, which set the tone for my entire stay. As a solo traveler, I was seeking some peaceful "me time," and this resort delivered on every front. I enjoyed every moment of my stay, especially the delightful afternoon and morning tea while gazing at the stunning Borobudur. The villa I stayed in was beautifully decorated, and I loved the swimming pool, which was tucked away in a peaceful "jungle" setting—it was the perfect escape. The food at Payio Colonial Hall was also excellent, and I had some lovely conversations with Isti and Bella, who made my dining experience even more enjoyable. The resort also has bikes available, and I had a great time biking to Borobudur—such a fun and active way to explore the area! The friendly staff added to the experience, and I had some wonderful conversations with them throughout my stay. A special thank you to Nika and Jonathan for their exceptional hospitality—they truly made my stay unforgettable. To top it all off, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they had planted a tree on my behalf. How special is that! It made my stay feel even more meaningful. Plataran Borobudur is a magical place that I simply cannot forget. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service, thoughtful touches, and a serene atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. I can't wait to return!

Unfortunately only stayed one night with my wife, on transit and also for the visit to the Borubodur. Great service and a super reception with massage. Definitely recommended! Swimming pool is beautiful and there are great beds. Breakfast is very extensive and there are also enough tables outside. Very nice that there are two restaurants for European or local menu card.

Excellent resort, staff super friendly and helpful, fantastic views of Borobudur and Merapi, and exquisite food. Well worth getting up for the sunrise views of the temple and volcano from the roof above the lobby. We stayed in one of the traditional villas with private pool and gorgeous view over the surrounding hills.

Plataran Resort Borobudur has some sort of magic that makes us to want to go back every time we have the chance. The magic is called warm welcome, treated like family, spoilt with lush greeneries, food that we love (lava cake, the best!), serenity. Delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. We cycle, swim, do batik painting, horseback riding, releasing our stress from our normal lives. Mbak Meria, Jo, Pak Rozza and team always spoil us. We always look forward to our next visit here. Thank you so much for making us feeling at home and remembering our preferences every time we visit. Good job!
