The staff at the desk were not very friendly, rooms are not ready right up until the minute of check in. We stayed two nights the second day we came back to the room at 3:00 pm and the room had not been cleaned trash was still outside the room door, seen maids there after 6:00 pm. Very slow on getting rooms ready to rent and you may or may not get your room cleaned if you stay over.

After previously staying at least 5-6 other times in the past year we have never been asked to put any deposit whatsoever but only to add a debit card on file ..upon checking in the female attendant asked if we were out of towners or locals witch i said we were local and bcuz of that were told we would have to put up a $100 deposit witch i was unhappy about cuz we have never had to put a deposit before any othet time we stayed there & bein told we would get it back instantly upon checkout witch was not true but iwas 4 days later & i was very unhappy about…

Clean, staff was friendly, it was much nicer than I expected for such a reasonable price. Breakfast got a little backed up because they only had one waffle maker, but the staff was quick to keep else full. I would definitely stay here again.

Only positive thing was the room was clean, the tv didn’t work I called the front desk she came and started the reset after waiting for it to scan for channels still didn’t work tried multiple times called her again she came up again showed her the bathroom light which wasn’t working in addition to the room light flickering apologized for being a bother said she was getting off in an hour wouldn’t never problem - was calling the manager and she left the room … she then called Gave us the option to switch rooms or request us a discount kids already in bed chose the discount.. the whole experience is very unfavorable especially my 1st experience with this hotel group

The room had scratches on the door that should have been painted over. Their were brown stains at the top of the shower. The smell was bare able from previous smoking in the rooms. All around great clean room just missed the marks with scratches on the door. Room 129. I would be back but definitely not worth paying more than ******* booked it for. Very pleasant! Coffee bar was great. Their was always someone in the service desk. The outback was right next door. The room had a clean refrigerator and microwave. I would be back but hopefully not in a room with scratches on the door!

comfortable beds
My husband and I had a weekend get away. We wanted something inexpensive but clean. Microtell was perfect for us. very clean the beds were amazingly comfortable only problem the were a little to high off ground. My husband is disabled had a hard time getting up on the bed. We will return in the future.

Go somewhere else.
We ended up leaving a day early. The room had stains all over the certain items. The breakfast was mediocre even when compared to other motels mediocre breakfasts. The room smelt like cigarettes and you could hear the train clearly in the room.

Called my room in the middle of the night demanding I pay a $100 pet fee, and they knew I had a pet when I checked in but failed to mention any fees.

This hotel was very convenient for our visit with family. It was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
