Residence Inn Boston Downtown/Seaport

酒店前台很nice，早班機8點到了酒店直接安排了入住，非常好👍酒店周邊餐飲、小超市很方便，步行15分鐘到梅西百貨。電磁爐、微波爐、餐具齊全還不錯。美中不足雖然是套間，但基本是大開間，沒有隔斷門，相互還是影響。房間衞生不是天天打掃，需要找客房服務。房間空調、冰箱的噪音比較大。

酒店位置不錯，停車方便，房間很大，實用。

第二次入住了。

This hotel stands out for its architectural and historical significance. The first thing I should point out is this hotel is under renovation and construction workers were working outside the window to our room all day long, it was extremely noisy, We could not hear ourselves talk. Unfortunately, we also found it a bit uncomfortable with The lobby seating, cafeteria atmosphere for the bar and breakfast area. In that area, with nothing to buffer the sound , we found it very loud with the hustle and bustle of guests getting breakfast. While many people have found this to be fabulous, it is just not our type of atmosphere. The room was very clean and spacious but our view was a brick wall and parking garage. There is a Very small courtyard, But it’s adjacent to the parking garage entrance, and also has construction workers running very noisy equipment all day long. The hotel staff was not very friendly, did not greet us with any smile or hello, just rushed through check-in (not exactly welcoming after a 6 Hour drive). When I inquired about special pricing, Alana was very short with me. When I requested additional bottle of water, on our second day, Alana told me you were already given water. This hotel is super expensive,($1200 for two nights, with Tax/fees; we have stayed in other hotels in Seaport that offer much better quality and service for the price.

Stayed at the Seaport Residence Inn while visiting Boston over the weekend. Pleasantly surprised by the decor, layout, and service at this hotel. This is not your typical suburb R-Inn - It’s converted from an historical building and the hotel did a wonderful job preserving and highlighting the architectural elements. Breakfast was the standard R-Inn buffet. Ok selection of hot and cold food. The kitchenette inside the unit was well stocked with cutleries and cooking utensils. The location was superb. Walking distance to the harbour and many major attractions. There is also a Trader Joe across the street for any grocery needs. Overall an excellent stay! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Let me say, if you are questioning the location do not. Perfect location to walk the whole city. We did end up picking up the city trolley and it was an easy walk beck from stop 9, but we ended up just walking from stop 7. Hotel is so cool and different from the usual 4 walls. Really neat how the integrity of the building was maintained. Truly different and amazing. Must stay. Oh and everyone has been so nice. A gem!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. We were able to walk to pretty much anything we wanted to do or at least walk to South Station and take the subway from there - it took us about 40 mins to get to Fenway,, including the walking time from the hotel, train time, and walking to the ballpark. The lobby is really nice and spacious. There’s a very neat courtyard that’s open. A Nero Cafe is connected. The bar is a great touch and the drinks were crazy priced (compared to Boston prices). The breakfast was good. All the way to the top (6th) floor. The gym has all anyone would need, though it was a pretty hot in there. Our room was quite large, a one bedroom with king bed, living room area with pull-out couch, and kitchen with high-top table and chairs. This was one of the more unique Residence Inns we’ve stayed. It felt more like a nice Marriott than a suite style Marriott brand. We all agreed we’d absolutely stay here again.

Friendly/helpful staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and proximity to the Convention Center and Harbor made our stay here a "MUST come back" experience. We also had a 2nd room with kids and they had a great/comfortable time too.

Nice renovation and fairly pleasant staff but…ice cold room with massive condensation on the awful windows. The two room suite was moderate in the suite portion for temp but freezing in the bedroom no matter how high you put the temp. The walls are pretty thin and heard the neighbors kids clearly. It was a discounted rate so ok but frustrating that I left my toiletry kit there (definitely since we used it in the AM, packed and went straight home with only one piece of luggage and no kit). When I called I got the usual, “no one found anything” which means “we threw it away cause it only had a cheap electric razor”. Disappointing. If I was paying a regular rate this would only be two stars.
