DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside recensioner

 A very good hotel always a good location at the Boston Bayside . The room are totally clean but the bottle of water in the room need a charge for three dollars.

The staff were incredible. The lobby and bar look dated, but the room was perfect. The airport shuttle was a great surprise! The hotel is near a T stop, so it is easy to get into the city, but there isn’t a whole lot around (in walking distance) in terms of restaurants/bars- although we only stayed for one night so we could have missed something!

The hotel is about a 8 minute walk from JFK UMass T station; from there it’s quite convenient to get to downtown Boston. The room is clean and large, albeit the furnishings are a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and there was good chairs and furniture available for a couple to use. Didn’t try the breakfast or the cafe, but it seemed decent from what we could see.

They don’t clean up the room every morning or you don’t get a fresh towel every day

As always, I enjoyed the welcome with a cookie. They accommodated my large luggage load, with their luggage storage service. Coffee and water were always available, and continental breakfast was sufficient.

They gave unlimited ( lots ) of free cookies(nut and allergy free ) the TV had lots of apps( as I call it) including YouTube, Netflix, Reelz( don’t know what’s that) live tv and more. Also it’s close to the beach. Very good👍

The hotel is 8 mins walk to the redline, which makes the transportation very convenient to all the main attractions in Bostion. The hotel is old, so the room has a weird smell. However, the reception desk is very friendly. We had our welcome cookies and some nice suggestions for the stay and transportation. There is a market place on the first floor which serves Starbucks coffee and other groceries. All in all, we are satisfied with the stay considering the price.

The price was relatively cheap, and the room and location weren't bad. However, there's nothing around the hotel, so if you need anything, it's better to stop by a store first.

Nice hotel, 5 minute walk from the T station and also a complimentary shuttle from the airport. Easy (and early) checkin was helpful, room was a good size and bathroom was good, excellent shower pressure. Check out is 11, so there is no need for the cleaning lady to knock at 820!!

Value for money . Service could have been better

Hotel was clean, service was awesome, however parking was advertised as $10 per night but turned out to be $25 per night. It is close to downtown, but surrounding area of the hotel is well just OK.
