VERY GOOD HOTEL, ONE OF THE BEST ONES IN BOSTON

It is quite a clean and new hotel, but not very convenient as others may think

We have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments that we come in contact with - the reception, the concierge were all very attentive and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable.

Best city but worst hotel I should say during my states trip. The hospitality was really bad and they had construction during the stay. It was national holiday and they proceeded to construction? Interesting service.. never want to stay in Sheraton ever again :( poor quality amenities

Room had a great view of the river! The hotel's gym and pool were very nice. However, the lobby is still under construction. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the mall from within the hotel.

gym was being refurbished as was restaurant. lots close by and easy access to rail

Overall is great. The only thing that annoyed us was we needed to request for enough numbers of amenities everyday even we did inform to the guest service previously.

The room is nice and conveniently located.

Nice stay at the Sheraton. We had a recently refurbished room. It was excellent with a comfortable bed and very nice shower. There was an amazing view of the Charles River which was a bonus. The location of the hotel is great with an adjoining mall and lots of eating places. The HOHO bus stop is very close by.

A very nice hotel with a great location. Has an entrance to prudential Centre on the second floor.

Hi. Not my 1st trip, when I choose Sheraton, but this trip definitely not the best one. To make the story short - the smallest room u can ever imagine costs $400 a night, on pictures and description it seems rather larger! You have only one sink - in the bathroom, so that when your husband is using the toilet - you cant use the sink in the same time - only if you sit on his lap.. so the space is ridiculously small for this amount of money! Then the front desk tried to trick us for the size of the bed - we with my husband bought queen, they gave us double instead and try to argy that its queen (thanks God by accident I had a small ruler in my purse - only when I showed it to them - the front desk admitted the "mistake" and gave us 115$ discount - again - very questionable how much this type of room suppose to cost and how much our discount suppose to be in this case.. The swimming pool was a bit dirty. then I was returning to the hotel at 12 am - the security stopped me at the lobby demanding to show the room key to proof that Im staying at this Hotel - which is extremely rude! what if I forgot my key? My husband got to the room like 5 min before me.. (he would come down in this case but still).. after the whole day in school you are extremely tired and the last think you need is to proof something at the lobby when you pay $400 a night.. come on! And lastly - the is no complimentary breakfast as in any other rather cheaper hotel I ever been! and you know why - oh, they are doing renovation! is there anything about renovation in the description??? - Nothing!! The Honorable Hotel supposed to give you discount because they renovating.. not just take your breakfast away from you for the same amount of money for room, isnt it? Of cause you can ask for a room service or go to the restaurant.. to spend extra money.. so my feeling from this stay - all the stuff think about - is money and all the tricks they can do to push or fool you to spend more, instead of trying to make you feel comfortable and wanted as a dear guest at this Hotel. The location was the only plus for us, cause we came to visit Berklee classes. Never again!

All is about to be great but the subway noise was terrible it’s like my bed is shaking

The bell boys are very rude. They didn’t want to help lift my bags.

Pretty good experience overall. Very close to many things in Boston.
