Residence Inn Boston Downtown/South End recensioner

The room itself is nice, and the kitchen is exactly what I need. What ruined our experience wasn’t the noise outside the building but the noise other guests were making. The guest above us kept me awake all night. Friday is the only night I can finally rest after a long workweek. I called the front desk to ask for assistance, but the footsteps continued, almost as if it were intentional. I’m a Silver member with Hilton, and this is my first time trying Marriott. At first, I thought I might consider switching, but due to the noise—uhm, NO!

I had an enjoyable stay at the place. The place is new and clean. The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. The rooms smells fresh and is comfortable to sleep 4. The hot breakfast has a pretty good spread and the food is fresh. The servers work really hard and refills the food promptly. Kudos to them. Overall the stay is value for money. A great place to rest and recharge. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the neighbourhood is a below expectations and feels unsafe. It is apparent if you walk around in the late evening. Nevertheless, if you are hopping around the city, getting a Lyft or Uber is easy and the neighbourhood should not be a factor.

The best value, large room , good breakfast, having coin laundry and dryer machine service. Parking Services must pay 55 $ per day and a little bit fr from downtown.

公寓式酒店，房間很寬敞，可以自己做飯，有冰箱。有早餐，儘管品類不是很豐富，但是基本該有的都有了，營養絕對夠均衡。最讓我滿意的是，有熱水，全天都可以隨時在前台取水。位置也很好，周邊很多路公交車，離橙線地鐵站也不是很遠，出行很方便。樓下馬路對面就有一個很大的超市，生活用品應有盡有。工作人員都很友好，服務也很到位。極力推薦。

酒店地處黑人區外部行走會有不適，但是酒店內部安全措施很好。早餐服務好、設施新，一層有水聊天好去處，但是前台業務不精幫助不大，衞生打掃也是一言難盡。

廚房配備很齊全，微波爐和電磁爐，碗筷，道具，基本上一週的飯都在這裏做的，很方便，微波爐碗也超級棒，煮飯，烤肉，都很好，馬路對面就是超市，很多吃的，這次沒有租車，據説49刀一天，我就天天Uber的，城裡停車也不方便，房間最大的問題就是那個空調，哄哄哄的大半夜啟動嚇**，早餐呢，週末好些，反正一般般吧，選擇不多的，對面是個公園，很安靜的，短住還可以，就是有點小貴，前台有個大姐特別熱情，其他幾個日班的小年輕就不太好了😁

去東北大學讀書，臨時借的賓館。離東北大學二個路口。早餐雖品種不多，但還可以。周邊為黑人社區，夜間建議不要外出。

大堂保安小哥人很好，前台黑人大哥人品槓槓，設施齊全還煮了兩天火鍋，離店我自己把廚房全部復原包括所有餐具，還可以哦值得復訂

裝修新，面積大。街對面有一個墨西哥超市，健身房裡有免費瓶裝水。衹是攜程沒有提供City view房型的選擇，要不景觀會好很多。

酒店房間寬闊，位置也方便，設施齊全，有廚房提供可以煮食簡單的食物，早餐不錯，前台服務員態度友善，值得推薦！唯一可以改善的是房間的清潔可以安排得更好一些

收費方式太奇葩了， 每隔3天收一次房費， 重疊之前的按金， 信用卡都要被用光額度了
