La Chacette is a great choice for a ski getaway, conveniently located just minutes from the slopes. The ski shop connected to the hotel makes renting equipment hassle-free, and with the ski pass collection nearby, everything is set up for a smooth skiing experience. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful views from the balcony, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. We had a room on the 7th floor. The spa is a highlight, especially the outdoor hot tub and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Breakfast is also excellent, offering a great buffet selection to start the day right. However, the service could be improved. Staff were not always helpful and often needed management to make decisions. We were also charged for a late check-out (only two hours), despite the fact that no one appeared to be booked in after us. Overall, despite the service issues, we had a great stay and would return!

Lovely contemporary hotel. Loved the decor. Excellent location, only 1 minute walk from hotel ski lockers to Combettes chair lift. Hotel right in middle of lovely wee street with bars , shops and restaurants. Spa area lovely, outdoor wooden hot tubs just great after a days skiing with beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. All staff were very friendly and helpful with a nice relaxed vibe. Beds vey comfortable. Food was lush , great variety and very high standard . Lots of local fresh produce. Water ( still or sparkling ) with breakfast and dinner We will be back , thanks for a great week .

What a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, with being taken to our room with our baggage having arrived at 2 am in the morning. The hotel is very clean, has two lovely hot tubs facing the mountains and a barrel sauna to ease off the days skiing within the muscles. Breakfast was lovely with juicing machines available through to a full fried breakfast and croissants. A highly recommended place to stay that I would definitely go back to with great staff and all the facilities you need to have a great ski holiday, right next to the bars, ski hire, ski rental and ski slopes!

Great location to explore Les Arcs/La Plagne and with good access to the lift system which are right outside the hotel. Good choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive in clearing away used dishes. Hotel went the extra mile on Valentines Day by decorating the restaurant... a special touch. Well done all x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel La Cachette and would highly recommend it. The location was excellent and so convenient for ski-in, ski-out. The hotel was very clean, with nice areas to relax and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, particularly the choice of starters and desserts! Massage on the last day was excellent!

Fantastic hotel. Great position, fantastic ambiance, great food and really nice staff. 16 of us arrived and they treated us so well. I could not recommend it more highly. The breakfast was to die for prior to a big ski day. The buffet dinner was excellent.

Lovely hotel. welcoming, calm, comfortable. quiet. all facilities amazing. spacious. staff in all areas of hotel very helpful, happy and friendly. great location on slopes. ski equipment storage perfect. food delicious with lots of variety.

Lovely hotel very friendly stayed here for a week 11-18 January rooms very cosy small but perfect for what we needed - easy to get to lifts to take you higher on the mountains very easy to use - we stayed half board plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal was Buffett style not huge amounts to choose from but food was very nice so no complaints - desserts was amazing and staff lovely Hotel had spa with sauna and jacuzzi which was easily accessible until late There is a free shuttle bus up to 1800 and 2000 if you wanted to catch that instead of ski down which comes every 20 mins Lovely hotel no complaints at all would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay in 1600

Couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff. Food was great with lots of options. Very clean everywhere in the hotel. Great location and the spa is a really wonderful addition. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
