What a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, with being taken to our room with our baggage having arrived at 2 am in the morning. The hotel is very clean, has two lovely hot tubs facing the mountains and a barrel sauna to ease off the days skiing within the muscles. Breakfast was lovely with juicing machines available through to a full fried breakfast and croissants. A highly recommended place to stay that I would definitely go back to with great staff and all the facilities you need to have a great ski holiday, right next to the bars, ski hire, ski rental and ski slopes!

Great location to explore Les Arcs/La Plagne and with good access to the lift system which are right outside the hotel. Good choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive in clearing away used dishes. Hotel went the extra mile on Valentines Day by decorating the restaurant... a special touch. Well done all x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel La Cachette and would highly recommend it. The location was excellent and so convenient for ski-in, ski-out. The hotel was very clean, with nice areas to relax and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, particularly the choice of starters and desserts! Massage on the last day was excellent!

Fantastic hotel. Great position, fantastic ambiance, great food and really nice staff. 16 of us arrived and they treated us so well. I could not recommend it more highly. The breakfast was to die for prior to a big ski day. The buffet dinner was excellent.

Lovely hotel. welcoming, calm, comfortable. quiet. all facilities amazing. spacious. staff in all areas of hotel very helpful, happy and friendly. great location on slopes. ski equipment storage perfect. food delicious with lots of variety.

Lovely hotel very friendly stayed here for a week 11-18 January rooms very cosy small but perfect for what we needed - easy to get to lifts to take you higher on the mountains very easy to use - we stayed half board plenty of choice for breakfast and evening meal was Buffett style not huge amounts to choose from but food was very nice so no complaints - desserts was amazing and staff lovely Hotel had spa with sauna and jacuzzi which was easily accessible until late There is a free shuttle bus up to 1800 and 2000 if you wanted to catch that instead of ski down which comes every 20 mins Lovely hotel no complaints at all would recommend to anyone who wanted to stay in 1600

Couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff. Food was great with lots of options. Very clean everywhere in the hotel. Great location and the spa is a really wonderful addition. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We have been staying in this hotel twice a year since it has opened and this stay wasn’t up to the usual standard - there’s a different tone and feel to the hotel nowadays (and not for the better). Main takeaways are: (a) not child friendly at all from the selection of food in the hotel to being able to use the hot tub (b) the staff are nice and do their best in the circumstances (c) the food is average and generally there is no availability at dinner time (too many guests for the size of the restaurant) and breakfast time is usually too busy to get a table straight away and (d) the location is good with a supermarket nearby and some decent restaurants. The hotel is therefore not suitable for families but good for couples who don’t want on-site food.

Sitting here on day 3 in Hotel Cachette it’s a snowy day! We had not originally booked this hotel and only changed after reading reviews. Very glad we did. The hotel has had huge refurbishment, the room we had was excellent, huge double bed , modern shower and spacious. It was cleaned on a daily basis fresh towels etc. staff have been amazing so far so friendly and welcoming. Ludo in the restaurant runs a tight ship and staff are always on hand to explain buffet choices. Food was excellent, plentiful and varied . A huge plus on a snowy day has been use of spa, sauna and hot tub . Still have 4 more days and looking forward to it!
