If you’re considering staying here because “it looks cheap for 4* and how bad can it be?” – let me stop you right there. It’s worse than you can imagine. First off, finding this place is a nightmare. There’s zero signage, and the Google Maps location is completely wrong. When we finally found it, we were greeted by the rudest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The receptionist and manager were obnoxious beyond belief – making snide comments in French, clearly not realising we understood them. Spoiler alert: we did. Now, let’s talk about the room. Filthy doesn’t even begin to cover it. Blood stains on the bed. Vomit stains on the mattress. Hairs everywhere. It was absolutely revolting. No towels, no sheets, not even a sorry attempt at basic hygiene. Just filth. We rejected the first room. The second one was just as bad. The third? Also disgusting. Apparently, they haven’t figured out how to clean in over a decade. Speaking of which – the hotel openly admitted the mattresses are 15 years old. No wonder they look like crime scene evidence. Check-in was chaos. You’re handed weird diagrams on how to operate ancient elevators and navigate a maze of random passageways. It’s like trying to escape an underground bunker. And the ski locker? Nowhere near the slopes – it’s upstairs. They advised us a Nespresso machine in the room – surprise! You can rent one for €20 a week. What a joke. There’s also no dedicated hotel parking – only the public tram car park, which is almost always full. And not somewhere you’d want to park a car for a whole week. Getting NY all your bags from the car to your room via the maze of elevators - this takes forever!! This place is no more than a 2-star dive masquerading as a 4* ski hotel. Honestly, it needs to be knocked down and rebuilt from scratch. It’s an embarrassment that ******* even sends guests here. You have to make your own beds, clean your own rooms and take the laundry somewhere. - If you don’t follow the exact full a4 page of checks you will be charged extra! The hotel refused to refund us – no shock there – but thank God for ******* who stepped in, refunded the booking after seeing the photos, and let us escape immediately to somewhere decent. Avoid this hideous place at all costs. Dirty, rude, badly managed, and absolutely not worth saving a few euros!

It is basically a SCAM!!! For the high price of nice appartment shown on photos you get a horrible place, with black mold, stains on the carpet and walls. First night we slept without bed linen and towels as it was not provided. Horrible rude service, extremely old building with destroyed infrastructure, disgusting!!! To go to sauna or swimming pool is out of conversation, I was afraid to take of shoes as it is extremely anti sanitary with mold and smell. Waste of money!! And ruined vacations! Please see photos attached! We paid 440 euro per night in Christmas week for this hostel level anti sanitary conditions. Building itself is horror movie, to get into apartment you need to use several elevators, everything is dirty, most horrible place I have seen in my life..

Un interet questionable Nous avions réservé un appartement "premium" pour notre séjour au ski, mais l'expérience a été bien en deçà de nos attentes. La vue, qui était un des éléments clés de notre choix, était particulièrement décevante. Nous imaginions un panorama magnifique, mais nous avons été confrontés à un paysage bien moins agréable. L’appartement était correct, mais ne correspondait pas à l'image d'un logement haut de gamme. Il manquait d'entretien à certains endroits et l’ambiance générale n'était pas aussi soignée que ce que l’on attendait d’une telle prestation. Le plus décevant a été le personnel, qui a été non seulement peu professionnel, mais aussi désagréable. Leur attitude a vraiment gâché notre séjour, et cela a eu un impact négatif sur notre expérience globale. Le directeur tout particulierement est malhonnete, méprisant et l'opposé même du proffesionalisme. Nous ne recommandons pas la location la roc belle face a arc 1600. Les risques d'obtenir un service plus que passable pour le prix demander.
