Hampton Inn by Hilton Buzzards Bay Cape Cod Canal

They were friendly and accomodating. The evening crew were very pleasant when we arrived, they went out off their way to help with a concern. I am allergic to down and they found alternate pillows for me. Breakfast was good, son enjoyed the chocolate and vanilla waffles.

We chose this hotel because it wasn't far from the MV Ferry, but our stay here was so enjoyable, we'll come back just to stay here again. At check-in you are greeted by Tammy, one of the most knowledgeable, professional, helpful, hotel front desk workers anywhere, who provides you with a wealth of information about the hotel -- and free snacks. Our room was absolutely lovely -- spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of Buzzard's Bay. The only thing that wasn't up to snuff was the breakfast -- but I'm sure they'll fix that with a few easy changes (i.e. get rid of the do-it-yourself waffle batter, and those lemon/poppy seed pastries).

This hotel is the best kept secret of Cape Cod. The hotel & its rooms are crisp & clean, and the location is amazing. Located on a walking path next to the Cape Cod Canal, if one ventures further down one may watch a mechanical train bridge reminiscent of the style of Tower Bridge in London. My next stay here will definitely be longer.

Had a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was included and was very good - many hot and cold options to choose from. We had a room overlooking the water, and it was so nice to see the boats go by.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Buzzards Bay back in March. The room was less than mediocre even though they claimed it was an upgrade. It had a smell and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. I did not complain because I mean there are worse things in the world and we were there for just the night. Went to breakfast the next morning and the eggs looked like they had been there all week and there was a hair in them. When I mentioned it to the attendant she mumbled it’s probably yours. Umm no, it was brown and I’m blonde but nice hospitable attitude lady! At checkout I received my receipt and went on my way. A couple of weeks go by and I find out they charged me an additional $250. I was completely taken aback, when I called to see what it was about they claimed I smoked in the room. I do not smoke and when I asked to see the evidence they couldn't provide any. They said maybe it wasn't smoke but the room smelled. Well yes it did I agree but that wasn't from anything we did, it was from lack of cleaning by the staff. The charge nor any issue with my stay was ever brought to my attention by anyone. If it was a legitimate charge one would think the GM would have been professional enough to call me about the situation. Be careful for random charges showing up on your credit card if you stay at this property.

All good. A standard hotel for this brand. Clean and quiet. There was plenty of parking. Right off the freeway. A few chain restaurants basically right in the parking lot. Nice people. We didn’t get to see any of the area but it was fine for a stay when you are in a hurry

Beautiful hotel and location, spacious lobby and rooms and great staff! What more could you want? Extra touches at breakfast, better than normal Hampton fare. Hate to tell how good it was, because we want to come back.

I stayed here for one night on my way from Nantucket to Vermont and it was the perfect place to rest. The hotel is very new and it shows. Nice rooms, nice views of the canal, decent breakfast. No complaints at all.
