Terrible service called about my deposit bk only to find that the staff put the phone down on me very dirty hotel and had to pay for coffee facilities won't be using again very unhappy

Everything so bad .smelling like disgusting stuff very bad and rooms not what I se in website’s. Workers talk rubbish

A fair place to stay in Bournmouth check in and out was smooth Lift was scary

Took more than the 28 days stated to return my £50 deposit. Had to chase them. Shower in the room didn't drain, not a great experience all things considered I would pay more to stay elsewhere in future.

Hotel was in a good location,poor quality beds,I had booked a twin room and when I checked in there was none available I had to upgrade to get twin beds,plus they held £50 for a month shower was poor, I wouldn’t stay again

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed in the room looks it hadn't been cleaned in months mould and cobwebs all around windows, mould in bathroom continuously flushing toilet, grumpy man on reception, dirty horrible place to stay , AVOID PEOPLE AVOID

Just the worst hotel, don't stay here. How this place is still open is mind blowing. All the reviews on here are truthful, the only way they will change is if people don't come anymore. Rip off and how they get away with all the extra charges is criminal. Just avoid

We stayed at this hotel for 4 night's last week and loved it. Camel and Justin where brilliant and helpful at all times. The reception is nice and warm and clean and welcoming our room was spotless we had no complaints. My wheelchair would not fit in the lift but Camel sorted out a space near the lift to leave it and charge it he also sorted us a room on the first floor nearest to the lift. We had a bar meal one night service was great thanks so much Justin and food was very good and plentyfull. We are looking forward to a return trip soon.

Without doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Furniture taped together, shower very dirty, old mattresses stacked outside the room and a sewage smell in the bar area. Would not advise to stay here.

Dirty very dirty. We went to Bournemouth to drop off my son at university. after sorting his accommodation out we went to the hotel to drop our stuff off . I had two rooms booked for my wife, another son and myself. The son who was at the university was not allowed to come with us to our rooms even though we would only be 10 minutes. The sink waste leaked. the outflow from the sink had a quarter of an inch of dust on it which you could see if you sat on the toilet. Hand rails on the staircases were very dirty. Old and tired place that could do with some TLC. The only clean thing was the bedding.

Absolutely horrible customer service, was rude from the start and refused to let us in because we didn’t have ID and when *********** tried to call the receptionist he was even extremely rude to him as well. Also they sneak in a £50 charge for when you get there in the very small fine print. Don’t stay here.

Found this hotel, absolutely disgusting and smelly and dangerous. Also some of the staff like hotel manager, very rude and attitude. First of all give us a room on top floor which is not a problem. The room was disgusting stains on the carpet handprint on the walls and the ceiling fan made such a noise keeps you awake at night very poor light actually is a bathroom light in the bedroom, not very bright, the light mould growing on the inside of it. Bathroom has broken tiles mould growing everywhere. The soapdish on the shower was actually broken, sharp jagged edges. This was very dangerous. The carpet at the hotel reception was every colour you could think of except clean. You’ve got to hand your key in every time you leave the hotel and collect it when you get back in the car park is charged £12 per day They also spring on you and £50 holding fee. I did approach the hotel manager with complaints about this room as it really was uncomfortable and very dirty. The hotel manager had an attitude straight away totally refused to help us out and sort the problems out. I would recommend never to stay at the Russell Court, Hotel, Bournemouth or anybody you would be better off, sleeping on a park bench safer and much better Cleaner. Also I must add the lift. Is that small only enough room for one person and one bag also very slow. I was worried at one stage that the lift was gonna break down and be stuck inside

We booked this “Hotel” as a last resort on arrival we were greeted in reception by unhappy guests the level of customer satisfaction was less than below par and this was just as a spectator. By the time the guy on the computer finally acknowledged us it was clear this was going to be a fun stay NOT. We had to give ID at check in plus leave a holding deposit then was told to park was £12 ouch. Now the expectation of the room was high as we had to leave a deposit WRONG. There was no clear instructions to get to the room we were just told 3rd floor and could either use the lift of take the stairs having looked at the lift it was like the first time you went on a scary roller coaster and you could just about fit a Rizla paper in there there was no chance in hell I was using it. Please see pictures of the room for £95 a night I would expect a clean room but no the furniture was very tired and almost every piece was damaged there is a kettle but no tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom all be it was small and very tired shower was filthy as was the toilet. This Hostel sorry I mean hotel is very dated and well beyond the nearly £100 a night price tag take my advice if you are not looking for a place to stay last minute and there are other options of proper hotels spend the extra £50 so pound and stay in one of them.
