Premier Inn Bournemouth West Cliff

Nice building in good location, however if you what to stay more than 1 night don’t expect the bed to be made ,replacement towels or the room cleaned. We stayed in September, upon arrival we checked in with the computer (no reception staff) but could not get the key loaded by the computer. Pressed the bell for attention but no one available, eventually the person handing the bar and restaurant came to help. The next morning, we saw the notice in the lift saying if we wanted the room to be serviced tell reception by 1200hrs. We duly conformed, upon returning at approximately 5.30pm the room had not been cleaned nor bed made. Again there was only one member of staff available who was manning everything . I managed to get clean towels, and my wife made the bed. Just like being in a youth hostel not a Premier Plus Room. The following day at 0930hrs we made the same request and also wrote a note, upon arrival at 5.20pm we were surprised to find the same situation. Once again collect towels from reception and wife making the bed. Having paid extra for a Premier room Plus we expected better service. Having advised customer relations we were offered £46 as compensation as our experience did not meet their Guaranteed Good Night Sleep !!!! Little staff all working under pressure and no authority to resolve the problem other than provide the telephone number of guest relations. One of the two lifts were out of order for the three days of our stay , and vending machine stopped working on final day. We will not ever stay in a Premier Inn again.

Without doubt this has been an incredible stay..I had booked at a different hotel locally but due an impossible situation at the other hotel I went to the Premier Inn close by..From the moment I arrived the staff were so helpful, courteous and made me feel very welcome..Check in flawless and soon I was enjoying my superb room..absolutely spotless, bed so comfortable..I had the meal in the evening..excellent, again such excellent staff, always smiling but very well trained..Breakfast wonderful and staff so helpful..we have a further night here but so delighted, this hotel is a refreshing change from so many hotels we have stayed in..The whole thing, hotel, rooms, comfort, staff and food are excellent..You have a great and proffesional team here, I do hope the the company recognise this..its certainly not common these days

What a lovely Premier Inn! So close to the sea and so modern & clean. Andy on reception/breakfast is a truly kind and professional member of the team! Didn’t stop! Always helpful and always a smile on his face! A true ambassador for the Company! Other team members less enthusiastic! But didn’t spoil our stay! We love this hotel and visit many times each year! Never disappoints!

We really loved our stay at this hotel. A very relaxed holiday. The hotel was outstanding. Super clean and in a wonderful location. Staff were lovely.

The room offers to us (room 218) was very small for a family room. There were 2 extra beds squeezed in a standard double room. It felt claustrophobic and the kids kept bumping into the corners of beds and tables. No windows to open or balcony. The vent was dirty, there was no phone ,no toiletries provided. Never again.

Our stay at Bournemouth West Cliff Premier Inn was really good. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was very clean. The majority of the staff were warm, friendly, helpful & kind. They went out of their way to offer help and make sure that we had what we needed. Big shout out to the lady cooking the breakfasts on the 3 mornings that we indulged. The breakfast was absolutely spot on. She was happy to help & chatted away to the guests. The underground car park was well lit, plenty of spaces and at £8 per night, was very reasonable compared to other car parks in that area which average £2.90 per hour. We would happily stay again. In the interest of balance, we asked the manager for the room to be cleaned on the Monday, and it wasn't. We were in 506 on the top floor and although the air con was working, it wasn't really cooling the room by more than a degree or 2. Beyond that, we had a lovely time at this prem Inn.

Multiple times I have stayed here, and never a let down. The property is well looked after, the rooms are always as they should be, clean and comfortable. However I would like to add a special note tonight for the member of staff Lauren who checked me in tonight. Absolutely warmest welcome I have ever received, very professional but welcoming. A great asset to Premier Inn. What a great place to stay, staff, accommodation, just an around winner.

You will never be sorry for staying at this hotel. The reception, the food and the ambience is just perfect. I also love my bed, my children are absolutely happy too. Thank you for having us.

Well where to start Im sat here now Having stayed in many a Premier all over the country this has to be the best to date From caring relaxed staff/food/room/parking/ and a room with a distant sea view was a bonus. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff Top team and many thanks from reception to top chef We will be returing
