We've just returned from a weekend staying at West cliff Premier Inn. It's in a excellent location - 10 minutes away from BIC and a few more from the centre. The hotel has a good underground carpark with access to the lifts for reception. Checking in is easy and our room on the fifth floor, in premier plus was well worth the extra money. The room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and included some nice extras - a coffee machine, chocolates and quality products in the bathroom. Our bed was large and very comfortable. The staff we spoke to were all friendly, very helpful and polite. We had drinks at the bar and we thought they were reasonably priced. A lovely stay.

Brilliant staff who were welcoming and tentative with our requests. They kept the breakfast buffet restocked with fresh items. Lovely hotel that is clean and comfortable. Great location with an easy walk into town either down the road or via the promenade. Good parking facilities under the hotel.

The best hotel! Amazing food, great cleanliness, only downside is you have to tell the receptionist that you want your room cleaned every morning instead of them just cleaning it for you of a morning! Thought that was a bit silly but not the end of the world!

Great clean newly built hotel in an ideal location. Service level was great throughout our stay! Nice cooked buffet breakfast each morning. Amazing sea views from 5th floor! Secure underground parking at competitive rates! Would stay here again!

West Cliff Premier Inn was very nice. Rooms were very clean, we slept so well and most of all the breakfast was great👌🏽. Thank you Chef Sheila for preparing it and your lovely smile made my day. Keep smiling 😊 Alex was so helpful when we arrived and his supervisor, the beautiful young lady was also very kind😊

Nice light bright and clean premises. Good ambience. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice clean rooms with air com, fluffy towells and comfy beds. Tasty, warm, well presented evening meals. Just one thing, could they please have some decafinated coffee available for our next stay. Our first ever Premier Inn visit, wont be our last!

The hotel is in a good location with nearby bars and restaurants. Onsite underground parking was good and secure. This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was quiet (on the second floor) and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't experience the restaurant or bar as we ate out. We are booked to go back at the end of April and looking forward to our stay.
