Hostel Soča Rocks

All the staff I engaged with were social and easy to talk to. I stayed in a 6 bed dorm with a drop down storage, me personally only used this for sleeping and power nap in the afternoon. The hostel upkeep is spanking clean, the cleaner does a hell of a job, including the bar and admin staff the location is not too far from the small town and I enjoyed the stroll. Everything here is within walking distance. I loved how everything was organised with great mannerism. The amenities - the kitchen was small for me as I like to take space, so I abandoned my time to cook which was the best call as the food nearby is amazing. There were adequate seating for everyone but as a solo adventurer my best place was at the bar which was stocked full of Laskos. The toilet and showers are shared so my advise would be to use them when they are not too busy. I enjoyed my time here, see you again

I really had a great stay at the Soca Rocks Hostel! Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, cosy bar, and lots of cooking spaces. Even though it was hot, I still slept very comfortably. And I really enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Highly recommended when you're passing through beautiful Bovec!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even though I was sharing with 3 others. I came here to river kayak as a birthday treat. I was made to feel welcomed from checking in to check out, I was gifted a free beer for turning 30. All the staff in the hostel were absolutely amazing and I completely enjoyed drinking the Lasko beers. I found the hostel to be sociable, especially at the bar. I would advise people not to cook, as the kitchen is small and can easily get crowded. Also, shower early in the morning like 6am and maybe when you come back from kayaking at 4pm as there is a mad rush. Other than that enjoy a calm relaxing environment whilst sipping the night away on Lasko beer. Hopefully, I will see you guys again soon

I just wanted to thank the staff and the receptionists for the hospitality, I loved the hostel vibe, cleanness, everything was good! Expect a large bed, clean sheets, clean toilets and a marvellous location.

It was a great hostel, a really sociable atmosphere and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. A massive shoutout to Živa, who was massively knowledgeable about the area and took the time to explain Slovenian culture, she was incredibly energetic and kind and really made it an amazing experience for myself and a number of travellers, even offering car lifts to places! Give her a raise ;)

Super hostel, équipe très présente pour orienter et donner des conseils. Lieu propre, deux cuisines full équipées, jardin, bar, terrasse, étendoir, machine à laver un peu chère. Proche des bus, du centre, des organisations d'activités, du supermarché.
