Not as expected. But the reception is very kind-hearted.

一個小小的一居室，臨時歇一晚

非常讚的環境和住宿，整個酒店就是個小型度假村，環境很好。房間乾淨整潔，公寓還有廚房設備和整套餐具。酒店離湖區很近，購物也很近，非常方便。湖區太美了！我們還會再來！推薦！

我們到達時間超過了6點，前台已下班，還好郵箱中收到了房間鑰匙密碼，順利入住。住宿很舒適，6個人剛好。我們還去附近超市買了食材，自助少了頓簡餐。太完美。

房間風景很美，步行10分鐘到吃飯的地方，帶長者小孩走路稍微多一些。

Exchanged many times before to Hapimag and its always been great. Popped in around three weeks before to check our apartment allocation and was told we had been given a 2 bed exchange. So we invited my parents (89yrs and 86yrs) to join us. On arrival we were told we had been moved into a one bed with sofa bed which matched out points exchange. I was told to ring RCI and discuss if I wasn't happy, but was told 'Its Saturday so you will be on the phone for a very long time'! The room wasn't ready so we parked and went into town for a coffee waiting for a call from reception. Call came, its all ready so we came back collected the keys and went with our cases to unpack. The cleaners were still in the room and it was nowhere near ready. Reception said 'sorry'. We waited another half an hour in the heat and eventually moved in. The carpets in the apartament were dirty and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly so I rang and complained and was told 'Sorry, I'll get someone to come back'. We thought we'd try the sofa bed to check it. It had not been assembled correctly and would not work, so I called reception, 'Sorry, we'll send someone'. They arrived and couldn't put the bed together correctly and gave up. So I got out my tool kit and did it myself!! Reception comments. 'Sorry'. We then found that the fridge shelp was broken and unuseable for milk, wine etc. Reception, 'Sorry'. We found two wine glasses missing, reception 'Sorry again'. Very disappointed with the whole holiday experience and very poor service from the gentleman on reception. Probably won't ever return.

Would give 3.5 if I could. Big apartment, great location, nice place with a park and parking. Check in was poor - standard check in was 4pm which is too late, couldnt be told if we could get in before then and was unhelpful when I asked a couple of times about when apartment was ready. We were on the 3rd floor so wasn’t ideal with prams, scooters and bags, although the floorboards were creaky so probably best to be at the top.

Satisfactory Some new year entertainment would have been good . Although asked still unsure about swimming arrangements . Is it public pool we advised to visit ? Why no facility to use adjacent hotel which seems of good standard and has pool and bistro??

Very comfortable apartment with excellent facilities in a delightful area of the UK. Appropriate clothing required to cope with likely weather conditions.
