Beware of the management, they charged my 200$ deposit for "damages" wasn't done by me. According to the photo it was the adhesive on the wall that I was notice it was on the wall when I first in the room

Overall is good， but the small bedroom hasn’t air conditioner, just set a fan, it’s too hot and fan noise is too high.

Don’t believe the pictures and advertisements. Disappointments from check in to checkout, see for yourself

This is my second stay at Sky One, the location is excellent as it is near many restaurants and very close to station. This time round, the apartment is a bit less maintenance than the last one I stayed. The washing machine wasn’t working, the lamp wasn’t working but overall still a great choice to stay!

We waited for more than 1 hour for check in on Sunday. The email notification said check in time was 5:30pm and we arrived at 5pm but no one there. The email indicated 15 minutes for late check in arrangement but we waited for more than one hour even we were not late. We booked the parking spot next day by paying $20 per day but it took us more than half hour for waiting the lift to the basement. If you can find the staff at the lobby they are helpful though. It is a modern apartment with well equipped kitchen and bathroom but a bit noisy with the wind. Great location.

Nice apartment and convenience to the mall and train.

On top of boxhill central, very convenient location. Rooms are big, large living room.

Everything was just so Good & Comfy to stay

Our family comprising 4 adults + 1 toddler and 1 infant stayed 3 nites in a 2 bedroom apartment. A baby cot was provided as per our request. Apartment was fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen plus washer/dryer machine. And so we’re able to cook meals and do laundry. BoxHill Central Shopping Mall is just next door and there are plenty of eateries around the hotel. The hotel is about 45 mins drive from Melbourne airport. There wasn’t any more parking available for us so we’d to park along the road and at the train station under the shopping mall (free parking). Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Staff were disorganised initially couldn't locate my booking and then told me they found it but they had no rooms available only then to discover there was a room available and apologised and blamed it on "booking system error" Eftpos facility was down and told me they had to reswipe my card but my bank institution advised me the charge was pending. Once again just very disorganised and lack of professionalism in hospitality

位置真的很好也很適合一家人出行住宿，衹是樓層太高夜晚風大的時候聲音真的有點難入睡。樓道內有⚠️人物警示牌，可供參加。前台有個福建小女孩很好的，提供了很多幫助，整體滿意！

SKY ONE 酒店，本人每次來墨爾本首選住宿。此酒店地理位置優越，更重要的是，酒店管理有方，服務質量好。酒店環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔。前台服務生笑容可掬，彬彬有禮，有問必答，百問不厭。三位美女昆妮、妮可和雪莉，給大家留下良好印象。有一次看到行跡不佳者擅自闖入酒店，正在值班的妮可禮貌地上前勸阻，温柔而堅定地説不，直至將闖入者堵到門外。維護酒店健康形象，保護客人出入安全，值得點贊👍 同時特別點贊酒店公寓客房負責專業清潔的張卓女士。我們近幾年多次入住貴酒店，每次入住都會看到房間窗明幾凈，床單潔白，床鋪整齊；洗手間上下明光鋥亮，毛巾等用品擺放有序；公寓廚房灶台和洗水台上光潔無塵，廚櫃內鍋碗瓢盆+杯碟餐具+刀叉勺子皆明凈乾爽，各就各位+一應俱全，陳設擺放十分專業，給予客人賓至如歸的感覺。 入住後，酒店每週安排中途清潔。張卓在中途清潔時，總是友善地和我們溝通，禮貌周到，十分貼心。同時，工作效率特別高，做事格外認真，比如吸塵，她十分注意將每一角落都吸得乾乾淨淨，陽台小沙小石亦不放過，窗框或門邊的細灰必逃不過她的眼睛。一絲不苟+精益求精，她工作時的專業態度令人欽佩。我與先生多次入住貴酒店，時間最長時住了四個月，期間度過感恩節、聖誕節、元旦和中國新年，房間總是被打掃得乾淨整潔，令人心曠神怡。在這個酒店公寓居住真正感受到星級酒店水準。 去年底至今年初，我們入住酒店四個多月裏，每天一大早就看見樓道里她忙碌的身影，經常晚上很晚還沒下班，或超時加班。一些客人入住後，凡遇到各樣麻煩，無論大事小事，或鍋碗瓢盆補缺、或洗滌用品補貨，或忘帶房間鑰匙🔑出了門等等，都少不了叨擾她。可以經常看到她微笑迴應，樂於助人，幫助客人解決難處。 有一回某樓層的水管突然爆裂，造成現場漏水，導致多户公寓用受到不同程度影響，張卓第一時間出現在現場，對客人進行耐心解釋和細心安撫，迅速報告山姆總經理，山姆總經理及時趕到現場處理。起到危機公關的重要作用。 又有一次，我們所住樓層過道突然停電，一片漆黑之中，又是她一馬當先，提醒大家注意安全行走，以免絆倒受傷，這些都是她的額外工作，但總是看見她任勞任怨，孜孜不倦。張卓以酒店公寓為家，熱心服務的工作精神令人感動，同時使酒店公寓的管理水準和服務質量，在客人的心目中，都得到綜合加分項，值得特別點贊。 再次真誠感謝SKY ONE酒店公寓，感謝老闆管理有方，感謝員工服務優良。若再來墨爾本，SKY ONE依然是我們的首選。
