Important Notes for Your Stay Rates: All rates are in USD and are subject to change. Guest Policy: The base rate is for 4 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for more than 4 guests (including adults, children, and infants). Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 guests. Your reservation is valid only for the number of guests specified in your booking. All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Pet Policy: We welcome a maximum of two pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Each pet has a 30 lb. maximum weight limit (per HOA rules). Please ask before bringing a pet. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed on the beach in Manatee County. Smoking Policy: TWO SHELL COVE is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. You must go beyond the parking lot or onto the beach to smoke. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the home clean and leave it in a "reasonably clean" condition upon departure. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase separate trip insurance to cover their possessions and any unforeseen travel complications.
