Gracie's Cottage 15 min to Beach

Wonderful House The place to stay was wonderful. House was exactly as listed. The only thing I marked off on was the host communication wasn’t great leading to the stay. I had to reach out to get check in communication even tho VRBO listed that information would be sent 24hrs before. The other issue was after we left, mind you it was 5 am when we checked out. She reached out the next day to say we left the place a mess. We did everything that was listed in her check out binder and took trash out which wasn’t listed but she was still upset. Then when I informed her the small issues I had when we checked in she ignored it. Then my daughter forgot her stuffy. It took over 24 hours to be let know it was found and then when I offered to pay to have it shipped back it was almost a week before she reached out with a price. She explained she had a newborn and that her and her husband manage the house. She said they hadn’t had time but if she had just told me from the get go it would take a while I wouldn’t have wasted her time. I would have informed her that it was okay no big deal and to donate it. She just seemed to have to much going on for proper communication.
