Sarasota Airport, IMG, art galleries, Lido Key, Longboat Key, museums, theaters, 2 hours from Disney World Orlando, Marie Selby Botanical Garden, and Marina Jacks are all within 15-20 minutes! This cozy, three-bedroom house comfortably accommodates families or groups. There is a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and private access. Enjoy this tranquil neighborhood location; it's only a short distance to most of Ana Maria Island's iconic beaches, a quick drive to and from Sarasota Airport, and easy access to all the amenities of Bradenton. This is a great set up for couples, large families, or for a quick business trip. An absolutely perfect get-away. We provide Wi-Fi, a workspace, free parking, a full kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, salt and seasoning, central air conditioning and heating, a ceiling fan, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, washcloths, and an iron. For entertainment and relaxation, there is a 70" smart TV , which is great to use when you just want some time to relax and watch TV after your long, adventurous days in Bradenton (please note we do not have any cable). PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE AS IT IS BEING USED AS A GUESTHOUSE AND IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT OF THE MAIN HOUSE. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask that you be respectful of your noise during this time, as there are other guests on property that would like to sleep during this time. If anyone is ever being excessively loud, please reach out to us and we will address the problem. Parking is on-site. There is a two-car limit per reservation. While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you can party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors or guesthouse guests. Sorry, no furry friends. Only eight people can stay at this property, which you have informed us about. There can never be more than eight people on the property at any given time. Bringing unauthorized individuals will lead to the removal of all guests without a refund. Thank you very much!
