Quality Inn Bradley- Bourbonnais

The carpet in the building smelled like it could use a cleaning and shampooing. Also, the pillows in the rooms were too small like couch pillows. Lastly, the mattress was a little too soft. Me and my guests back both were hurting when we woke up from the soft mattress. The best part of the stay was the restaurant Oliver’s that’s connected to the hotel. The food was AMAZING! I would stay here again if they resolved those small issues (and get an ice machine on every floor). Not the best, but far from the worst also.

Had a great time in Bradley. The restaurant on site is amazing! Food was so good! The bed was perfect. Rooms very quite from outside noise. Breakfast was the best we ever had. Reasonably priced and very nice!

Our first night was imperfect as the mattress had low spots including one severely low point on my wife's side. The hotel was totally full so moving wasn't an option. When we inquired about it the next day - they said they would find another room even though it was likely they would be full again. The new room's mattress was perfect and again the room was clean and orderly. Kudos to the staff for "making it right" despite the obstacles.

For most part I like property. Needs improvement would be laundry room was dirty and the 2nd floor area; elevator was not working properly.

Everything there is very inconvenient inside the hotel. You’re far away from everything and the TV very small. I paid for two days. I left the day early.

Clogged tub = nasty shower experience The main issue was the cleanliness of the shower/tub. There was a bunch of dirt and hair in it when I arrived. There were a couple of strands on the shower wall as well. I tried to rinse it down and take my shower anyway. When I ran the shower, the tub filled up and I realized the drain must be clogged which made everything back up into the tub. So I was standing in other people’s ick. I got out and washed my feet under the running water. I didn’t use it the rest of the time. I mentioned it to the desk gal during check out. She seemed surprised and said they have the highest cleanliness rating in the state. I also saw some crunched up M&Ms and a fruit snack on the floor of the room. In the main hall where the elevator was there was a lot of water damage in the ceiling and there was water dripping from the ceiling as I walked out. The beds were very soft and clean. The staff was friendly enough. Breakfast was made to order yet my sausage and potatoes were cold. The waffle was delicious! Parking lot was overcrowded due to the restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. I found a spot close the first night. The second night (Friday) it was more difficult to find a place to park.
